I had a new hot water heater installed yesterday by two plumber technicians, Rogelio and Dakota. Both were very professional, proficient, and polite throughout the entire process. Rogelio took the extra time to ensure that my water temperature was set correctly before leaving, which I truly appreciated. Excellent service from start to finish!

I had an excellent experience with Jonathan. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and explained ever thing in a clear, honest way. I appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail.

I highly recommend Mechanical Comfort Systems! I am extremely impressed with the level of service we received. Jonathan our service tech was very professional and efficient. He worked quickly and professionally to get our ac working again. He worked diligently to ensure my little ones wouldn’t be hot in the mist of this Texas heat. I appreciated his constant updates. The following day the company even called me,to see how everything was going. I can honestly say I have never received this kind of prompt and professional service before. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

I highly recommend Mechanicsl Comfort Systems. Jonathan was my technician. He was friendly, honest and very knowledgeable. He didn't try to up sale, he told me exactly what the problem was and he resolved it in a timely manner.

These people are thieves. I called them, they gave me a diagnosis that was super over priced. I got them to lower the price but they didn’t do the job. When I arrived, they had not replaced the part but bypassed the part. The fan was the incorrect size and failed within a few days. The third part was never touched. They still charged me over $800 for nothing . I had to call someone else to repair the unit. They would not give me my money back

I contacted Mechanical Comfort Systems yesterday afternoon about replacing a possible leaking gas valve, and they scheduled me for mid-day today. Johnathan R. and Paul came out. They did a thorough job, were very friendly, and explained everything I inquired about. I highly recommend this company, and will likely be switching my annual inspection/tune-up contract to them, as they provide a much quicker service, and the cost to do the work today was at a lower price than my current HVAC company quoted to me.

my igniter went out on my furnace over the weekend.  The technician called and with their weekend fixed visit fee  (which was highest of the 5 24hr companies i called) and their crazy per 15 min labor rate and the igniter he quoted me around 600 dollars.   the part is around 20 dollars and goes on with one screw.   ive changed one in 3 minutes.    The company i ended up going with did it for 175.  They have a lot of good reviews because I am sure they probably do great work but i will not do business with someone that tries to take advantage of you when you have a failure at an inoppertune time.

I'm very impressed with the level of service I just received! We woke up this morning to a HOT house on Christmas Eve and immediately thought this problem was probably not going to get fixed until after the holidays. I googled searched HVAC repair near me and Mechanical Comfort Systems Inc was third on the list. The first two companies listed didn't answer. Within an hour of my first call Daniel & Carter showed up ready to work. They were both in uniform and wore disposable plastic shoe covers while in our house. They were very professional and personable and took time to explain what they where seeing wrong as they where diagnosing the issue(s). After fixing a wiring issue and replacing a dirty air filter, we now have cool air for Christmas. We have heat to but who needs that for Christmas in Texas, right? They stuck around to make sure the system cooled as it should before packing up and leaving. They where very reasonably priced and I absolutely will be using them again for future HVAC needs!!! I highly recommend this company 👍👍

Parents signed up to be a recurring customer. They come change the air filter twice and year and just recently sent along a salesman to try to convince my elderly parents to put in a whole new unit when there is NOTHING WRONG with the existing unit. I believe the salesman said something like "buy now, you're a customer; buy when your unit goes out, you're a victim". What!?!? They are Coomes customers and have been for years, and now the salesman tells them if the a/c goes out in the heat of summer Coomes will victimize them? I am extremely disappointed by the unethical business practices of Coomes.

William was friendly, polite, and professional. Coomes has maintained our system for over 12 years. We have always been happy with their service.

We were frosty and backward before Josh came out to dial up the maintenance (and the thermostat) and educate us about some particulars we had been neglecting on our new unit. Not just estimates but with pictures and relevant information, he's got us fully briefed and right way round how to navigate crummy Texas unpredictable winter weather and take care of our investment (and our lungs).

Kaleb and all the technicians have been very professional and genuinely nice men. They do their job and clean up. They listen, and appreciate comments. They do their best to resolve my problems, and always in emergency situations.

I have used this company since 1988. They are reliable, professional, they never try to find anything that isn't wrong with the unit so they can repair it for a price and they always leave me with great peace of mind that my system is working properly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants an honest a/c company.

William came in and performed my quarterly maintenance. He discussed with me things that required attention and those that could enhance performance. We discussed the timing of items that needed to be addressed and agreed on scheduling. Nice job, nice professional tech.
