Constraction reviews in El Paso, Texas

True to the name--every single aspect of our major backyard-transformation project was QUALITY work. From the get-go, I was impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness of the company, particularly Mark Serna, Jr., with whom we dealt extensively throughout our project. We live in a historical district, and Mark did not bat an eye at the additional work and hurdles entailed in planning and completing a job of this scope in such a district. He was patient and diligent. Mark was also outstanding in terms of providing ideas and incorporating our vision into the project--it was obvious that he genuinely enjoys his work and is personally invested in making sure his clients are happy with the end result. They are not the cheapest out there, but to me, you get what you pay for. In this case, the crew was always on time, arriving between 6 and 7 am every single day without fail, even showing up on Saturdays unexpectedly to ensure the work was completed swiftly. And when they show up, I mean they really SHOW UP--they work the entire time until quitting time. I never saw any of the crew slacking off or just standing around. The crew enthusiastically worked until the project was complete and we were happy with the results. They were polite, respectful, and hardworking. We will always come back to QCL for any of our landscaping and concrete needs. Truly amazing company.

Great Company! Very Professional, great work as you can see the pictures. FAST. The back yard went from Zero to Hero in 3 Days large Patio, Grass and rock wall raised. Very competitive pricing and they will work with you. This is the company I will be calling if I want more work done.

Quality Concrete & Landscape did an amazing job transforming my front yard I couldn't believe it was the same home. The crew was very professional and prompt I first meet with Mark he gave me a free estimate and explained the whole process. The crew arrived on time including the owner Mark Serna who worked side by side his crew. I highly recommend Quality Concrete & Landscape to all my friends and family.

My husband used this company at every property we've owned (3). Last year my husband gave 5 stars for our beautiful backyard. Sad to say we have called Isaac many times to help us fix issues with the drip system (not for free). We wait for them all day to show up, and they never do. This has happened several times. I understand they have big projects going on and our issues might not seem important. But this is not good customer service. Very disappointed.

Excellent work highly recommended

During an extensive research on pool companies in town we were very fortunate to come across ijm Workx the price the trust the communication and the workmanship of our pool was absolutely the best decision we made. Through out every phase of the job the communication was 100 percent excellent. There is no one in town who priced us with the price we got. We will probably rehire them in the future for other work. I will absolutely recommended them over and over again to all I know. A++++ company 100 percent satisfaction guaranteed

"My family absolutely loves our new pool! The design IJM Worx made for us is absolutely beautiful, and the pool itself is so well-built.
