Exceptional Service and Flexibility!

Working with IJM Worx was a fantastic experience from start to finish. They clearly explained each stage of the project and were incredibly responsive, answering all our questions step by step. What really stood out was how present and involved the main contact was—always there at the beginning and end of each phase to ensure everything was on track.

Their flexibility was a huge plus. We made several changes along the way, and they not only accommodated them but improved on our original ideas. The final result was even better than we imagined!

Friendly, professional, and truly committed to delivering quality work. Highly recommended!

Let me start with I recommend IJMWorx to anyone looking to build their dream backyard! Start to finish the team provided excellent information regarding our ideas and put it on paper. They explained the project and provided updates at every step making us feel at ease with the work. From the beginning they said they would leave our yard they way they found it but I will say they left it better than that! After picking our colors and materials they made recommendations that made sense and they did not disappoint. I will be using them again on future projects based on the level of expertise and giving us the backyard of our dreams.

Isaak and his crew did a phenomenal job with the construction of our new pool! Our pool is exactly what we wanted. Thanks to Jacob , his Dad and their workers cause it just came out the way it was presented us and we imagine it too 🙏

They did an amazing job with my pool and in a timely manner, just in time for summer!
I wanted a simple but stylish lap pool that went great with my home design. Jacob provided me with ideas and visual renderings so that we can come up with the perfect design and color scheme! I’m very happy with the pool work as well as my landscaping. We chose to do concrete squares around the pool and artificial turf with lights around it and it came out fabulous! Thank you!

Izaak was down to earth, honest and genuine. I received multiple quotes to landscape my backyard and build my pool and hot tub. After meeting with Izaak, my wife and I decided that we wanted him to complete our project. He gave us multiple options to stay within our budget and he delivered on time! We loved his family and crew that worked on making our dream a reality. We are forever grateful for choosing IJMWORX and we know he would do a great job for you!

We selected IJM Worx to build a 28'x12' pool with an 8' sundeck. We didn't have a big budget and IJM Worx was so helpful in helping us direct our funds to features that we valued most while recommending affordable solutions for other features.

IJM Worx laid out a very clear timeline and held to it very true. The work was grouped into phases and as each phase of work finished we were given updates with clear goals of what work would commence in the next phases and which days we could expect to see work done. This transparency was really valuable in setting expectations and understanding the process.

IJM Worx provided top quality materials and construction methods. Quality was obvious in each step of the process. Every question we had was addressed quickly and clearly. I learned a lot about the process and unique steps or techniques that provided a better quality product.

The end product was finished on time and with spectacular results. Our pool looks wonderful and will be enjoyed for many years to come.

My experience with IJM Worx, led by the talented Izaak Medina, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we decided to have a pool installed in our backyard, Izaak and his team demonstrated a level of professionalism and care that exceeded all expectations.

Right from the start, Izaak impressed us with his respectful demeanor and clear communication. He asked us questions to get a better idea of what we wanted and he drew sketches until it was exactly what we were picturing. We have a very small yard and I didn’t think so much would be possible.

What truly sets IJM Worx apart is their unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction. Izaak made it a priority to keep us informed every step of the way, addressing any concerns and patiently answering every question I had. He always told us what was happening next and what to expect. He was incredibly accommodating to changes we made from the original plan and never once made me feel like a burden.

Izaak's attention to detail is unparalleled. He personally inspected the work at each stage of the process, ensuring that every aspect met his standards. Safety was also a priority. Izaak and his team went above and beyond to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our family throughout the construction process. Our youngest liked to go out there and see what the guys were doing, and they were always so patient and kind to him. Throughout the project, the crew consistently maintained a clean and organized work environment, ensuring minimal disruption to our daily lives.

The end result speaks volumes about the quality of IJM Worx's workmanship. Our heated saltwater pool is not only a stunning addition to our backyard but also a testament to Izaak's vision and expertise. The landscaping surrounding the pool, meticulously executed with concrete and turf, exceeded our expectations. The addition of lights in the concrete steps, seamlessly integrated and beautifully illuminated, was a thoughtful touch that adds to the ambience, especially in the evenings. I'm so glad Izaak told us this was an option!

As someone who is detail-oriented and prone to hyper-fixation, I'm so happy to say that I am so pleased with the completed job. Thanks to Izaak and his team, our family now has a space to create lasting memories for years to come.

They payed close attention to details, took their time with the work , did not rush, and we're always available for questions . They explained every phase in great detail. . They were not here everyday , but what seemed like an eternity to get completed, it was completed with amazing craftsmanship and you can tell IJM Worx knew what they were doing. After looking through reviews, I contacted IJM Worx and inquired into construction of an in-ground pool. IJM Worx and staff, walked us through the clearly defined work process, took over dealing with the city permits and inspections, keeping us updated every step of the way. Installation went well, the crews were attentive, courteous, always on time, professional, work hard to get the job done in a timely manner and cleanliness after each step was satisfactory. When we had questions or any concerns communication between us and IJM Worx was excellent, and any issues were promptly addressed. Further, they super exceeded our expectations and communication among and between each construction phase expert. We appreciate the job that was done with the pool construction. In future projects we would not hesitate to contact IMJ Worx. They are completely dependable, and I would have no qualms to recommend IJM Worx to everyone. Had trouble uploading videos wish we could because they show how wonderful the pool looks.

Best experience ever, they delivered the product and beyond what we asked. More then professional, makes you feel like family. I recommend this company for any outdoor remodel, we went from ugly dirt to a desert oasis.

The design team, led by Dorian, listened intently to our vision and translated it into a breathtaking plan that perfectly utilizes our backyard space. They offered creative suggestions we hadn’t even considered, making the final design better than we could have imagined.

The construction phase was incredibly smooth. Izaak, project manager, managed the project with professionalism and transparency, keeping us informed every step of the way. The crews were respectful of our property, incredibly tidy, and efficient. We were amazed at how quickly the work progressed without sacrificing quality.

Thank you, IJM Worx, for an amazing experience and a beautiful pool!

IJM Worx Pools did an amazing job! They completely transformed my backyard into a relaxing getaway right at home. The crew was professional, on time, and super easy to work with from start to finish. The quality of their work really shows — everything turned out even better than I imagined. If you’re thinking about upgrading your backyard or adding a pool, I definitely recommend IJM Worx Pools!

IJM was such an awesome company to work with. Dorian and Isaac really do a great job of explaining the entire project and bringing visions to life! We had the entire outdoor kitchen project done with them and could not be happier. The tile work, the stone work, the details are all incredible. They kept us informed and asked for our opinions every step of the way, so we were always confident that we would be happy with the results and updated on timeframes. One of the best things about working with IJM was the consultation; they walked us through a 3D rendition of our own property, to see everything as it would look in the end. They helped us address common concerns like bug problems (they installed an awesome bug light!) and the summer El Paso heat (amazing water misting system around the whole patio!). Dorian kept everything personal and professional, reaching out at regular intervals to make sure we understood our project and even helped us light the grill and use it for the first time ! Truly, I loved working with them and will keep booking them for all my outdoor projects to come !
