Constraction reviews in El Paso, Texas

We had our roof done by HG and we’re really satisfied 👍.They took care of all the damages inside the house really good. They were really easy to work with and you can tell right away that the workers knew what they were doing. They were very proffesional, fast and cleaned up all the mess.I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

HG was very professional and they took care of my insurance claim. I didn't have to worry about anything. Haven't had any problems with my roof. Thanks Hector !

Attempted to get service from them by submitting my information online and I didn't receive an email. I decided to call them and they told me they did not receive my online requisition. I then proceeded to asking them for an appointment and the lady said someone would call me back. Did not receive a call! I decide to try one last time and spoke to a representative online. They got my information and said someone would contact me. I am still waiting for someone to call me. I moved on and gave my business to someone else.

Very pleased with my roof & workmanship Hector presented himself very well from start to finish come to find out I was dealing with owner through whole process. Definitely recommend to family & friends!

Not a very professional company. Called them many times. They answered only 3 times on different days, and out of those 3 times they said they will call me back to schedule a time. Not once did they return the call. Very irresponsible for an actual roofing company. If that is their service for new customers, do not want to see how they treat current customers.

Very satisfied with quality of work and materials. Worked well with my insurance. Definitely recommend HG Contractors to anyone.

I call HG contractors Inc. on reffering a friend who used their service. I appritiate the high quality job they did with timely manner. The team is highly proffesional and geltle to talk with clients. I needed roof contractors that I can trust to handle any demage done to my residential roof. The material use was good enogh to withstand with variable weathers. Special thanks to Hg contractors for providing best service. I would highly recommend to all my friends and family. Try it to believe it.

Better experience this time getting a roof glad for second hail storm I was able to get a company who did as stated and educated me as well on my roof installation and products definitely recommend this company very professional from all aspects of a company. Worth the wait make sure you call and get on calendar with this company not like others who where able to start right away.

Hector and his staff did a great job on my new roof. Hg is a reliable company . I have recommended them to many friends who have also been statified with the job HG did for them.

Hired HG to fix my leaky garage roof. They did an excellent job throughout the process. You can easily see through their work that they care about what they do only produce high quality work!

I highly recommend using HG Contractors. I had a leak on my roof and HG responded promptly when I inquired more information. HG contractors arrived to my house with professionalism and attended my roof quickly. I will definitely use them again for some upgrades on my house.

Work was done as promised. On time, efficient and clean. Hector always kept me in the loop of what was going on. Roof job was completed in about 3 days. Would highly recommend!

I called on 2/27/23 and spoke to Monique to have someone come and look at my roof as it had sustained damage from the winds. She told me she could have someone come out on Wednesday 3/1/23 in the afternoon between 4pm-6pm and that I would get a call 30 minutes before to let me know they were on their way. I took time off from work to be home between those hours and nobody showed up. I called 5 times and nobody answered. I know you all are busy right now with a lot of roofs being damaged, but it does not take a lot to do a courtesy call or even text to let the person know you won't make it. As of right now, I still haven't received a call to apologize for the no show. Glad I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Awesome work and awesome people. they were very clean and worked to get my house done in a timely manner. The workmanship is unmatched and the extra little details just put the cherry on top. Definitely the roofer to go with. Thank you HG. Looks Great

It was really a great experience to working with HG Contractors Inc. Adame and his team are top notch! He helped me with insurance process from filing claim to meeting insurance adjuster and filling paperwork with insurance. It was really too easy to work for me and I don’t sure I was able to do it myself without the help from Adame and his team. He made the paper work too easy for me and workmanship were also perfect compared to roofs getting done in theneighborhood. Definitely, recommend hg contractors.

This is an A+ referral for HG Contractors.

He and his workers are knowledgeable about their craft and do outstanding work. A trustworthy company.

Repaired a leaky section of my roof after another "contractor" had already patched it 4 times. Hector gave a fair price and his crew took care of it quick. No Problems even after several summer rains. I also hired him to remodel my mother's bathroom. The quality of work was excellent and the bathroom looked better than ever.

Very professional business. Mr. Adame sat down with us and explained the contract and process to obtain our best options.
