Constraction reviews in El Paso, Texas

Great experience with HG Contractors! Same day call back when making appointment. Consultation set within 2 days time. Hector very personable and knowledgeable, works for the client. Roof patched up within a week from consultation. Very content, will use again!

The team HG sent to repair my roof was very professional, courteous, and did impeccable work on a complicated roof repair inside my house and out. All in a couple of days. Great clean up too! They also re-roofed my 40 ft back patio with updated materials. Very happy with work and price--since insurance didn't cover. Highly recommend.

Hector and his team did an admirable job remodeling my house. House needed lots of updating and Hector did not disappoint. Hector was patient and worked with us on things that we felt needed more attention. He was also very responsive and they did all the work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Hector and his crew for any remodeling needs. I usually hate dealing with contractors since many of them are shady, but Hector is the real deal. You won't be disappointed.

I am very satisfied with the roof work that Hg contractors did on the roof of my house. Hector is a good honest person. Gives you detail on what's going to be done on the roof and gets it done on the date that he gives you.His workers are fast and efficient. I looked into three different companies and Hg had the best offer. I am very happy I went with them..Thank you! Hector and to your workers as well.

I had my roof replaced on 25 May 2022 by H&G Roofing and am extremely satisfied with the job they did. I knew I was dealing with a reputable company when I was not asked for any deposit up front. No cash changed hands until the job was finished and I was satisfied with the outcome. The crew was very friendly and appeared to genuinely like each other which made me feel comfortable with the crew. I would absolutely highly recommend HG Contractors for your roofing needs.-------Bill Ives

Great experience definitely would recommend them for any construction services

Great experience with working with my insurance and replacing my roof definitely recommend

They did a great job, more importantly they returned immediately for any minor issues. Expert work and follow up.

They did a fantastic job on my roof. Very friendly and professional people.

They do work at my apartment complex and now my management company uses them for all repairs and roof work

We recently had our roof replaced by HG Contractor (Roofing Division) and would highly recommend them for any roofing needs. Hector was professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the process. His construction crew was respectful of our property and ensured the area was clean at the end of each work day. The entire project went smoothly; Hector and his crew went above and beyond and we are completely satisfied with the outcome.

HG Contractors did an amazing job on our roof. Plus other repairs within the house.

Hector went above and beyond. Honest and great work ethics. Highly recommend.

Was a great experience overall. Great communication and always ready for question. Highly recommended to all my friends and family.

"Completed" work by HG Contracters, Inc. for $1,200.

According to Hector, they didn't paint match because he believes that we should just paint the house instead. He actually said that out loud. The price to fix JUSt the paint, which clearly isn't close, will be an ADDITIONAL $400. According to Hector it will take two workers and two hours at $90 an hour each to paint.

Why would you not replace the whole front board instead of just a portion. Not only is it an eye sore it is completely exposed and wasn't even cut to fit as seen in the 2nd and 3rd photo.

They replaced the broken tile up top with well, the exact same broken tile.

Hire at your own risk!

If you're going through a claims process for your roof in El Paso or Horizon City, Hg contractors will not disappoint. They understand the claims process and will work with you like they did with us. They also install really great roof systems, even with solar panels on, like mine had. Thankyou!

HG Contractors in El Paso did an outstanding job on my roof. Hector's knowledge of the claims process and his dedication to saving me money is truly commendable. He caught things the adjuster missed and communicated on my behalf to get me the amount I was entitled to. It's so refreshing to find caring and honest professionals like him. Stop your search for roofers here and call Hector you won’t regret it!!

Great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, on time, and easy to work with. Quality work and everything was finished on time as promised. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for future work.

They did awesome work on my garage. They had constant communication with us throughout the whole process. Very hard workers that do professional work. Would highly recommend them for any job you may need.

Hector and his company are very reliable and perform excellent work. The quality is great. The timeliness is excellent and in this day and age it’s good to know that there is reliable contractors out there.

Cannot speak highly enough about Hector and his crew. We've had them handle a few projects: kitchen lighting, exterior power outlets, exterior paneling/repainting, minor roof repair, and currently have them in a holding pattern on a bathroom remodel (supplier issue, not contractor issue). Friendly, professional, on-time, excellent work quality, they leave the worksite spotless when done... "goes to 11" doesn't work well on a 5-star system, but they earned every star and then some.
