I recently had the misfortune of dealing with GMAC Plumbing, and it was an unmitigated disaster. The company displayed a staggering level of unprofessionalism, with constant changes in pricing over the phone that left me bewildered and distrustful. Their shady practices made me feel like I was being taken advantage of at every turn. If Yelp allowed it, I would give them zero stars without hesitation. The lack of transparency and reliability is alarming, and I strongly advise against using their services. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for trustworthy plumbing solutions.

They use cheap material and and the brick walls can break with ur own hands nice houses cheap material and plants always die on them

Some great model homes, land lots a little over priced and interest on hold lots exorbitant. Customer service at model homes was exceptional, but at the home office lacking.

We got our home in December 2016. The stucco is cracked, the roof is leaking and damaged the walls and windows. This is happening with all the homes on Garden Park at Mission Ridge. Everyone in our neighborhood watch is extremely disappointed that 250-400k / 3 year old homes are looking beat up.

I had my house recently built with ICON and I was very impressed with the high quality material they used to build my home. I highly recommend!!

What an amazing experience got a chance and walk through a model home. They showed me all possibilities in building a home from the insulation, cabinets, and what they provide that is not an upgrade but standard.
