They need to change their google title from general contractors to commercial contractors. They don’t work on residential properties

Stem Construction has a very professional and attentive team. Their work with our renovation project has been thorough. They have been accommodating and always available to answer questions, make adjustments and provide construction updates.

If any of yall know this dumass. Guy or gal cut me off on the pelicano entrance ramp almost hit my front bumper and cause another driver to slam his brakes and almost jack knife. Called the company no one answers.

Prompt response as for when I entered my electrical problem ,Efren was very detailed and showed intrest in fixing my issue ASAP. I had set up an appointment at 10: am and i appreciated the effort of him making it point to be at my home by 9:30. Diagnosis was accurate as to what I needed to be fixed. Being that I had an outage in my entire home he fixed my problem with flying colors. On time, transparent, accurate, efficient, and knowledgeable, over all I highly recommend his service

Had requested an outlet install. He did not measure the installation point and ended up with an outlet that stood roughly an inch outside of the wall. I paid for his service, which was prompt. The speed of the service was only reason it isn’t one star rating. Turned out that when I measured for clearance of appliance to be installed, came to realization that inch would be an obstruction.

When I figured that out I called to have him correct this by mounting it flush with the wall, he came out and charged me additional cost to correct his work. I feel this is inappropriate as he should have measured it and installed it correctly the first time. But I paid him — hopefully for the last time.

This is my opinion and rating of this business. Poor work ethic, lack of integrity, utilizes manipulation, extremely poor customer service, rude. First they altered an existing contract to their benefit (I have both documents they sent). Did not complete kitchen project which we paid 93% of total balance. Refused to complete an active pending contract (different from the one described previously) we provided 50% down payment of total balance and kept the money. Initially very nice guys and make you feel really comfortable, helpful, and make you feel they are truly there to help (manipulate) once they get all the money they want from you, they are rude, belittle you, and stop answering messages and calls.** WARNING **do not put your family and your home through this stress and negative experience, and loss of invested money.A lot more happened where unfortunately too much to type. Esto no es de Dios! God bless them and I pray for them so they don’t continue to do this to other people. It’s not right, and they know it, however that is always their initial intent and get away with it. If you have doubt Do not waste your hard earned money here find someone that will come through and do things right and ethically. I hope this helps your decision. Good luck in your new home project.

I was looking to redo two bathrooms and do some kitchen remodeling to fit an oven in. They came in to do a quote. Was told I'd get a quote in 2 days and it took 5. When I started asking for the quote to be itemized (so I could try to save money in certain areas or reconsider certain ideas) I was told they wouldn't itemize. The oven install was $6k+ not including the oven. I emailed back to get a quote for the oven in a different spot and they have since totally blown me off. Not responding to emails or anything. If you can't give a quote on time I can't imagine projects are done on time. And the lack of communication is concerning. I'll happily spend my $25k elsewhere

Amazing detailed work!! Best and smoothest business transaction ive done in a long time.. professional customer service from the start... Estimated project time was 4 to 5 weeks and they finished in 2.. We pointed out a few details and the owner himself came on a saturday worked on them and it came out perfect.. We will be calling them back for future projects for sure

I live at The Garden Park community. All of the homes in this area are custom with high end finishes. They got my wife and I vision from the start. They literally take the time to talk to you through the entire project to make any modifications. We have used plenty of contractors but they by far are the best. They are worth every penny 👌🏼
