If I could rate this business 0 stars I would! They do not deserve any stars. Very bad work ethic and will not honor contracts. Very very rude whenever you speak to them. I guarantee whoever works with this business will have a headache throughout their whole experience with them. You will not have a completed home. They took a 50% deposit of a project and refused to do the project. I warn everyone they will act nice at first to get your money, but after they have taken your money they will treat you like a piece of garbage. I am writing this review to spread awareness and not let anyone else go through what we did. This is just a portion of the terrible and stressful experience we went through.

BEWARE! Leaving this as a personal experience with this contractor and my own opinion. They are not BBB certified. They kept 50% off my money on an existing pending active contract they refuse to fulfill. Alonso the son stated we don’t have their physical signatures so we could not do anything about it. The good thing is we have both the son Alonso and father Javier digital signatures, emails, and texts to prove otherwise . My lawyer is contacting them unfortunately as expected they are unresponsive. It’s a terrible experience working with them, they feel they are above any person, any law, and any rules. Javier the father screamed at my husband and I telling us he does not allow us to talk to his employees when they are inside my house, I was being told by this contractor what I could do or not do inside my own home, just imagine that! Needless to say their employees explained why he behaved this way he is very controlling and does not treat his crew well hence why we had new workers at our house every week. I leave this review to warn you! As you already know get everything in writing so it’s legally binding. Ask about WARRANTY now I’m stuck with defective work causing damage to restroom and kitchen and of course since they won’t honor a pending contract much less the so called warranty they offer that’s if they offer you one. This has been a very costly investment and costly lesson I have learned. I hope this helps make the right choice for your investment. I take the time to write this to prevent anyone else the aggravation I am and have gone through. If it saves one person my time writing this has been well invested. I am beyond happy and impressed! Anyone who gives this company any negative feedback I do not understand! I hired to redo my kitchen and was completed within3 weeks as promised! APJ is trustworthy, dependable. Very professional! I highLy, highly recommend them! You will be pleased! I plan to hire again for more work! Thank you APJ for your expertise!

The guys at APJ did a fantastic job of painting several rooms in my house. The price was good. The service was great. I would highly recommend.

Investor friendly company. The team understood my needs as an investor when it came to renovations that were of quality and within my budget. Renovations remained within the budget and completed on time! Also anytime I had a question I got quick responses from the team. Final walkthrough had some minor fixes that were quickly addressed. Even after, when we had an issue with the garages doors, the team sent someone the following Monday to come fix it. Will definitely be using them for future investments!

APJ went above and beyond our expectations. Complete makeover of our bathroom replacing tile , got rid of tub and installed a walk-in shower, glass doors.They customized our sink and cabinet with granite counter top. They exceeded our expectations and are very satisfied with their work. Thanks again Alonso we looking forward to doing business with you again.

We had a Pleasant experience working with APJ construction. They completely remodeled our kitchen, they closed up an air vent, closed up a skylight we no longer wanted, did a complete electrical rewiring job throughout my entire kitchen, and of course added brand new cabinets and countertops. Every single worker we met were extremely nice, professional and cleaned up after themselves before leaving for the day. There was a bit of a delay in time due to unforeseen circumstances however, they always communicated with us and made sure they fixed even the smallest detail.

My husband and I hired APJ Construction for a complete master bathroom demolition and remodel. We shared our vision with them and they ran with it. They went above and beyond with all the little details that we didn’t think of. The owners communicated daily with my husband so we always knew what to expect for the following day. They gave us a timeline and met it! I am beyond happy with the finished product. It came out better then we had imagined. I look forward to working with APJ for our next home improvement project. Excellent work. They replaced carpet flooring in our house for wood. They also refinished existing wood flooring. It took several days of work to complete all projects. They were on time every morning ready to work, very professional employees, trustable, and accessible to discuss the progress of the work. I recommend their services.

Purchased an older home requiring extensive planning/remodeling, after interviewing multiple contractors, we decided to go with APJ Construction due to their eagerness to please customer & following our gut feeling. They did some remodel work in our home and I gotta say, their design is beautiful and unique! 👌 The owners were extremely professional and always kept me informed. With the custom cabinets and doors they designed for us our home looks like no other! The wife is happy for sure! lol.

I really wanted to share my experience with this company.

What made me hire this company for a work I wanted done was their high rating in reviews, and for that reason I wanted to give them a 5 star rating.

They started off things correctly with a contract, only requiring half the money up front. This was really important for me because I’ve seen other people get ripped off or scammed.

When I asked them for a timeframe of when the job would get completed they gave me a timeframe of 3 days and that is exactly when it got completed.

Lastly, I wanted some celling beams for my living room, and had such a hard time finding a company that would do them EXACTLY, how it was in the picture I provided, but APJ was quickly to say yes to it.

My ceiling beams are professionally done , and turned out beautiful. EXACTLY what I was looking for.

Will definitively hire then again!

Alonso and his team added a new room/restroom to my sister's house for our Mom to move in. His team did a great job with the construction and we were very happy with their work. In addition to adding the room they also did a lot of minor repairs on the house. Would definitely recommend him for future work. It's the perfect size for her and we have her safe and close by as she gets older and wise.
