Charged my father $247.00 for 2 lbs of freon... didn't bother to fix the leak before. Now the place is flooded and ac Still doesn't work. Very unprofessional!!

Absolutely the best, hands down! I called around 9am and he was right out. Within 20 mins he found the what problem was (possibly) ran to Steins for the part and 10 mins later it was fixed. Lucky it was just the breaker outside..which is what he thought it was to begin with. Excellent service! Quick fix and for a faction of what I thought I would have to pay! Mr. Snow is by far the best HVAC Tech I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He took the time explain the problem and had a fix in a timely manner. I will only be using his services from now on out. He is a straight shooter and a man of his word. BEST Service by far, can't say it enough.

These guys are real quality. We had an air conditioner go down on Thursday and he was out in a few hours. He refilled the freeon but that didn't do the trick. He had to order a whole new coil on Friday and came out on Saturday to install it. He didn't have to come out on Saturday but he did anyways. He and his work buddy are extremely nice people and do a great job. I would highly recommend his services.

Mr. Snow was here before 7 AM on Father's Day (Sunday) to fix my air conditioner, and he was done in under an hour. Very reasonably priced, extremely knowledgable, and helpful. He'll be the first person I call if I ever have an A/C problem. Highly recommend him. I'd give him more stars if I could!

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Snow today who made the day much more bearable. After getting my car repaired at the dealership recently with 90 day financing for the repairs have made things tight. Then yesterday a Water leak in the wall between the garage and the living room only to notice another water leak at the street cutoff. Going without water is tough, but follow that up with ac quit blowing cold air late at night and we were actually looking forward to Monday morning. After spending the morning calling around looking for a technician that could top up an old r22 system. You would be surprised at how many won't these days. To my surprise, Mr Snow said he does work on these old units still and said he could come look at it for me today. In a short time Mr Snow was at the door. I explained to him that I was sure the unit probably needed from since the line was not getting cold and the air was not getting cold. He went out side to check ot and immediately said it may need freon, but it does need either a motor or a capacitor. Lucky for me, I stocked up on capacitors. He changed out the capacitor and then checked the freon. He said the freon was good and wanted to test the unit with the new capacitor. The motor powered right up and the line started getting cold. I felt like a complete idiot since I had done just that a few times over the past 6 years and should not have bothered a busy tech in AC season. Good thing Mr Snow seemed to have sensed my embarrassment and we chatted some about our past. He is the type of man you can talk to over coffee or a Jack and Coke. His prices were very reasonable and was quick getting the house to cooling off for the 2 year old... I highly recommend Mr. Snow id you do meed some AC work.
