Their team was here to install a NEMA 14-50 outlet for our Tesla. Their work is great and clean. They went through the attic to make sure there is no wires hanging out and that kept our garage pristine . They cleaned everything before leaving and didn’t leave a single stain behind. I highly recommend them. Definitely 5 star work

Switch replaced. They did not have a switch on hand. Total time for this 2 hours 8:55-10. $168 plus 3% for paying with a card $173 and change. Men stayed in their truck while doing paperwork for what seemed an exaggerated amount of time which seemed suspicious. And of course there is no way of knowing how long the trip to Home Depot took.

Need some substantial electrical work done on a home purchased in Las Cruces. Could not find their contractor's license number for New Mexico. I always verify license before scheduling. Called their office this am and asked if they do work in Las Cruces. The woman on the phone said yes. Asked if they were licensed in New Mexico. The woman on the phone said yes. Asked for license # so I could verify it and she said they only give that out after they have a scheduled appointment as it was "confidential information."
I have worked for local governments for over 30 years. This is absolutely incorrect. The contractor's license number is public information and is available on the state's website. I told her I would do business with someone else. It is a shame as they had good reviews, but this was either really misinformed employee or a shady business. I went with someone else.

Very satisfied with the job quality.
All materials were new and everything was done on time and right the first time.

Alpine Electric came to my house today September 12, 2023. My technician was on time, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My technician, I believe his name was Sammy. He explain things to me, walk me through the process as he was changing out the equipment the work was done correctly and quickly m. When Sammy was complete, he cleaned up after himself and sealed off my outlet. He let me use his little tool to test all my outlets to show me that everything was fix were all working.

Everyone was so courteous and professional. It was a small residential job but nonetheless they were prompt and thorough. Highly recommend.

I have used Alpine Electric a few times and I have been very satisfied with the quality of work that they do. Alpine is very responsive when getting estimates and their prices are reasonable. The employees are professional and friendly and will work with you to make sure you get what you need. I will definitely use them again when I need electrical work. I highly recommend this company for any electrical work you may need.

Needed a panel upgrade from 100 AMP to 200 AMP for a future hot tub we’re getting. They offered me a great deal that I couldn’t go wrong with. Called them at the end of September. October 3rd the meter was already unlocked from El Paso Electric. Hector with Alpine Electric came out to start the upgrade. They arrived early, around 9am and they finished before 5pm. They did an excellent job!! City of El Paso came out the following day to inspect and the inspection passed.

Highly recommend Alpine Electric! They are efficient, great pricing (not cheap but not expensive), they do great work and they clean up after themselves. Definitely will hire Alpine Electric in future electrical jobs.

We made the mistake of calling another company who never showed up for service call. The next morning, I called Alpine and from the start I was able to see why this company had great reviews. From the time my call was answered, I was treated very professional and respectful. When their crew arrived for the repair, it was located and solved quickly. Electrician explained in detail the problem and how it was corrected. Alpine will always be my first call for electrical service for my residence.

We recently had Alpine Electric upgrade the electrical system in our 1947 home, which originally had an old fuse box. They replaced everything with a modern Leviton Smart Panel, and the results are outstanding! The team — Omar, Lespron, Rodolfo, and Capi — were professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous throughout the entire process.

They took great care of our home, explained everything clearly, and ensured the new system was safe and up to code. The difference is very noticeable. We highly recommend Alpine Electric for both residential and commercial electrical services.
