Great service and relatively decent price for an after hours call. Had a breaker pop at 5pm, they were able to get someone out with an hour and everything was back in good order shortly after. I was very happy with the electrician that arrived and the service that was provided.

I have been using Alpine for the last 15 years. Their service is professional, clean and my favorite part is that they show up when they say they will show up. I highly recommend Alpine for any and all kinds of electrical needs

Poor communication about charges. VERY expensive. Hired to fix a light that would sometimes work and sometimes not. Was given estimate and presented an invoice to have it rewired. Was told that would fix the issue. I paid the almost $400 bucks and thought we were done. Light still worked intermittently later that night.Called the next day.They came back twice and replaced a part of the light fixture that was faulty, not the wiring. No one either time said that I would be charged $85 bucks a pop in addition to the rewiring. Nor was I presented with an additional estimate or invoice. Two weeks later I get a call that says I have an unpaid invoice for an additional $200. I explained the situation but to no avail. It ended up costing me $600 to fix a $30 light fixture. I did not approve the other charges since I did not know about them. Thought it was still part of first job since I hired them to fix my light and they had not.Too bad. Good work and professional. Was going to spend $1500 for them to put in recessed lighting. Not anymore. I don't like surprises. TBH I have not yet paid the additional $200 since I just got a copy of the invoice today. I plan to but will not hire again.

I can't say enough good things of George Ponce Jr. He'll make time to hear your requests and always keeps a line of communication with customers. Great pricing on wiring a new house. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Sammy is the best tech. He is always friendly and gets the job done in a timely manor. Will defiantly be using him in the future.

I was so impressed and pleased with the quality and professionals at Alpine Electric. I used Alpine Electric on my previous home a few years ago and I was pleased with their work so I reached out again. George came and reviewed my project, made some great suggestions and gave me a fair estimate for the work. Crew arrived on time, worked through some unexpected issues and completed job to my satisfaction. I strongly recommend Alpine Electric. George was there for me through the entire process. They are a professional Electric company. Hire them for your electrical project.

Difficult company to work with in a couple of different ways. Upon first contact, I was asked to send a video and photograph of the proposed project. Seems like an onsite visit is more professional and comprehensive. I followed through with the request and was not told “no, we don’t do that”

Next day someone different from same company calls me back and says, we will gladly do a portion of the work. Can we help with the outlet upgrade? We say, yes please, send us an estimate. We agree to scope of work and price and proceed with scheduling.

At this point our confidence is not at an all time high because we have two estimators that obviously are not on the same page, professionally.

Technicians show up as promised. They perform the work as promised. We paid in cash upon completion.

A few days later we have one simple question about our appliance. A question that seems quite basic for a journeyman electrician. When Jesse Cabello received our call he was condescending and almost rude. If I had a vast knowledge of electrical appliances and electrical work, I would have no need for a contractor. Not sure what Mr. Cabello’s frustration is on a sunny El Paso morning like today, but I paid $800 for an outlet upgrade on Friday & if I have a simple question on Monday morning, that is not out of line as a client, and that client deserves to be met with a polite and patient company representative. The call took about 3-5 minutes.

Recommend the work and technicians, do not recommend working directly with Mr. Cabello.

Called Alpine to update the electrical panel in my home. They gave me a quote and performed the service within a week. Completely professional. Explained everything along the way and even fixed an issue caused by the sellers handyman at no extra cost. Definitely recommend and will use them again in the future. George and Reese were awesome.

Worst choice ever! Asked to have broken cameras replaced and new ones added. Was told 3 times they could do it and they would send their most qualified man (a nice guy) to do the job. After a day and a half of work my broken cameras are still broken and the new cameras do not work. I do have an outdoor light which upon arguing with a rude, obtuse, passively aggressive individual cost me $550($300 for the cameras and $255 for their service). Guy had the nerve to say "did they install the cameras?" Uh yes, but they do not work. "Well they did the work". Do you order at a restaurant, get half your food and pay for it? They assured me all would be well and then got nasty when they failed to hold up their end of the deal. A professional would have addressed my issues in a mellow manner so as to not lose a customer, acting like an adult instead of wounded child.

George came immediately and gave me an estimate, was very professional and courteous. Set up a date and time for technician to do job. The following day day his technician Manny and his helper came in on time and started working immediately. They were also professional, courteous, and cleaned when they finished. I would recommend them 100% , very satisfied with their work.

For almost 25-years I have relied on Alpine Electric for all the electrical work around my house. Mr. Ponce has a fine company and a great team of employees. No matter who Alpine Electric sends to the house I can always count on their knowledge and professionalism to get any job done right. Yesterday, Joe and his assistant took care of three projects for me. They did a great job and the work was reasonably priced. Throughout the years I have recommended Alpine Electric to my co-workers, friends, and relatives and no one has ever been disappointed.

Alpine electric SAVED US yesterday! We had an emergency with our air conditioning thermostat cable and we didn't know what to do. ****Rocky and his tech partner were AMAZING!

Our experience was of great customer service from the moment I placed the call. The dispatcher was responsive and considerate. He made arrangements so that we could have a tech in a couple of hours.

I had a service for installing underground feeder wires on my property. The crew did great work in every area, making sure it would pass inspection. After the inspection was passed, the electrician went above and beyond to ensure all electricity in the property and house was functioning properly. Thank you!

Alpine Electric is always our first choice! Their technicians are always professional and pleasant to deal with. They installed a camera system around our property and did a wonderful job in a timely manner. They were able to fix a few other electrical issues I had around the house as well. I highly recommend their work!

I cannot speak highly enough of Alpine Electric and their commitment to quality service. We had two jobs this morning. One was successfully completed (adding a GFCI power outlet to a water closet) and it seemed the other (installing a ring doorbell) might have been beyond the technician’s knowledge. After some back and forth, the job was still left incomplete.

When Violet at dispatch heard this (when I called them to followup), she and George were quick, thorough, and prudent in understanding the problem and finding a solution. They sent a highly knowledgeable and skilled technician to get our system online and running as it should. Saul, the second technician, knew exactly what he was doing, where to troubleshoot, and overcame the electric issue that was holding us up in minutes! Within 30 minutes, our ring doorbell was online and ready to go. He is also highly professional. As far as I am concerned, Saul should wear a superhero cape!

I understand that sometimes a job throws curveballs at the technicians, and I have so much appreciation and respect to Alpine Electric’s commitment to a job done well and completing the request. Thank you all.
