DO NOT HIRE THIS THIEF. I paid This guy Robert Herrera a deposit of 500 dollars for a service. He gave me a receipt and a contract. Then he disappeared, he would not answer calls or email. I reported the theft to the police who in turn found him. The police told him to return the stolen money and after we agreed in a time and a place, he never showed up. The police suggested for me to sue him in small claims court.

⭐ 1 Star – WARNING: SCAMMER – Avoid JAR Electric & Robert Herrera
On August 1st 2025, I made the huge mistake of hiring Robert Herrera from JAR Electric to replace 12 outlets and 12 switches in my home. I gave him $300 upfront to buy materials. He left and came back with only a couple of cheap switches — nowhere near enough — and appeared to be drunk when he returned from Home Depot.
What followed was a complete disaster.
He and another man started making random holes in my walls, cut wires, and left me with no electricity. Then, without saying a word, they walked out and never came back. No work was completed. No apology. No refund. Just stolen money, damage, and silence.
Robert Herrera is not a professional — he is a scammer, plain and simple. What he did was fraud and theft. I now have to pay a real electrician to undo the mess he left behind.
Do NOT hire JAR Electric. Save yourself the money, stress, and danger. This company is a complete scam.

THET was the second electrical company that I have used in less than a year. My first Zeus Electric got a better deal and up and left without finishing what I first called them out to do. Johnathan from THET Electric came out and assessed the problems that I had (door bell was not working, garage door was not working, Zeus took out an outlet and did not put it back in (who does this especially in the garage? Oh yeah Zeus). THET Electrical had me up and running in a matter of days, they did everything I asked them for and I could not be happier. If you want a dependable electric company, call THET Electrical.
