They don't care about you're appointment time.
They'll get to you when they feel like it.

8 hrs to get me load appointment was at 2:00 is 8:00 and they still not done

Last 2 pickups were extremely slow! Spent 6 to 8 hours each time. Made for a very long day! 🤔

Kid who working in inside, Ortega.., need some one to to teach him what is his job! I wish I can find him out of this property and explain him how to do his job

I wish I can give them zero star because they don’t deserve one star,The laziest people ever specially in Night Shift shipping and receiving person is so rude

Take their time while also picking and choosing who they wanna load/unload first

Easy check in , assigned a dock immediately. Waiting 1 hr so far , will update later

Go through security, (he was rude) then go to the window with paperwork, (she was great) then they tell me what door to go to, then they tell me what roll up door to go to, wait 45 minutes at the roll up door to take a pallet off my sprinter, then go back to the window, then back through security. TALK ABOUT A MESS!!!!!!

When it comes to inefficiency..... this place wins the prize! If i could give it negative stars I would.
Near 3 hours to load me after walking drom on building to the next. No one is helpful......

This place just plain sucks!!!

Guards and the dock guy were pretty nice it's a cluster in there trucks parking so you can't get in or out of the dock area

10 hour wait if you wanna do your 10 hour reset I recommend you can pick up from this place

this place doesnt deserve to be open and running it is horrible drivers are lazy take there time. they go off your appointment to just get you in door and goodluck when your in door aint no telling when you will be load i had watched trucks get paper work before me i will not be coming here ever again they load u like its a refeer load i havent ever waited this long to get load its been 7hrs and counting

5 hours and still being told excuses! I’m about to leave! Where is the management in this warehouse! Beware on deliveries and picking up! Do not come here!

BE AWARE if u picking up for Ford, few special skids very light, likely u will have to reload at receiver and bring back the empty skids; broker will hide this!! quote high for reload!!!
receiving and shipping is flexible; arrived at 18.00 for pick up, left at 19.45; maker sure u get back the green pass, for checking out, from the loadmen after he’s done loading u.

Why have an appointment set if load is not going to be ready anyways. Slowest shippers I’ve ever worked with. No one should have to wait more than two hrs especially with a set appointment. Waited for 5 hrs.

The worst company i have ever been at. They been unloading me for 8 HOURS. U should be ready to have the longest day in your life. NEVER EVER COME HERE

Garbage place. I was here from 7:30 am and its 1 pm now they don’t even started yet. Light is still green.
I Go inside to check how much time they need more and guy with no hair inside was rude.

If you can avoid this place, i can say go for it.

The truck entrance is on Spur Dr. After checking in at shipping office I was given a dock door quickly. I was backed into the dock for about an hour before getting loaded, and then it took 45min to load. I was in and out in 2hrs. You can either hand over you keys and sit in your truck or keep your keys and sit in the waiting room. Your choice.

You know a lot of people complain about this facility but one has to keep in mind that there are a few businesses out of this location. One that I know of is Delphi of course and the other one is Borg Warner. Nevertheless I'm sure semi drivers have long wait times getting loaded. As for me I drive a van and I was in and out of there dropping off a load within 15 minutes. The staff was friendly, and I would have given it 5 stars but they NEVER answered the phone when I try to call them! Anyways for all my semi driving buddies out there Guys and Gals be sure to keep in mind that if you're getting LOADED or UNLOADED you NEED to stay on top of the people in the facility and NOT take their word for them getting to you shortly because they WILL forget about YOU! By the way if you make it there on Saturday by 12 noon Mountain Time or 2 p.m. Eastern time they will be open. But they are definitely CLOSED on Sundays! Just a heads up!!!
