We had a short on some flex conduit but the manager Tom Kincaid made it right as soon as he found out about in a very professional way. We have been using Triangle for years with good availability of a wide variety of electrical things for our properties.

Manager of this place is so rude and demeaning to you. I bought supplies from them but with the pandemic and everything having to be done thru phone I was giving the wrong item. I went and waited for hours until he came out to tell me no exchanges. I explained the situation and he said "I'm judge and jury on these decisions" I was only asking for exchange not a refund on the item.

The supply store in and of itself is great. They have a great source of supply but that's where it ends. Some of the employees demean you because of your lack of knowledge. Instead of spending some time in educating you about their products they insist you know exactly what you're talking about and exactly what product you want. They don't make suggestions or offer any type of support. They also become "eye rollers" to your lack of knowledge and simply dismiss you as an amateur. In my situation they lost approximately $35,000 worth of sales simply because they wouldn't spend 5 minutes to help me. Crescent Electric Supply on the other hand gained my business by explaining certain simple things without issue.

This man has no consideration for the safety of El Paso citizens. Driving 60 on median cause he wasnt able to pass me going speed limit on zaragosa south bound as we pass cabo joes. Risking a head on collision if any car would get in median. I called him and very rude about the situation just saying i was in fast lane. Guess he wanted me to go 70MPH on a 45MPH zone. Just saying seen accidents same location maybe for same reason.

They worked on my apartments 5111 trowbridge cause I saw the truck obviously, and saw a employee working on the outside lights, well i had $25 CFL 100w equivalent bulbs on both the front and back entrance, and today i noticed they replaced them with some cheap ass regular bulbs?!?! At least leave them on my doorstep or something, hope all employees are inconsiderate like that guy... Where are my bulbs????? tried calling no answer, twice, please call me back
