The team at Power Pro Solutions were very professional and knowledgeable about their product and services. They took a great deal of time speaking with me ensuring all my concerns or questions were addressed or answered. Never once pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable about using their services. We had an appointment with sales rep Jesus Alvarez earlier this week to get a quote on solar panels for our home. We told him we'd have an answer by end of week as we wanted to do more research to see if this would be a good fit for us financially. When Jesse followed up with us, we told him we had decided against using their services at this time. He tried to challenge our decision, which is understandable that's his job BUT we told him no 2 more times and then let him know we had to get off the phone as we had to go to into another appointment. At this point he told us this was a about our financial investments and we needed to make better choices before he hung up. This was unprofessional and uncalled for. If this is how their sales team acts, I don't have high hopes for their customer service once you give them thousands of dollars.

Over the years I have been pitched solar and always said "no". In fact, Power Pro, provided a quote, we signed the deal, and installed before another solar provider responded to my request!

This place is a scam… gave us a quote for over 2k tried to tie us into a contract but refused to explain the breakdown of what we were paying couldn't tell us if our system was up to code… but was making us pay to get it up to code??? Told us we had 10 solar panels when we have 14 thought we were stupid just because young new homeowners. Go anywhere else. We found a new place and only had to pay $400 to get our permit and meter now solar panels are up and running after they tried to tell us they were broken and needed work done (aka the 2k)

This company tried to scam me for almost $3,000 (asked for price breakdown numerous times to know what I was paying for and they couldn’t give me a clear answer. Just told me to pay it to start service). This company lied to me and told me I have 10 solar panels when I know I have 14 solar panels clearly stated in my project plans. They told me it’s $2,800 for a new solar meter and permit when all I need is an inspection and to apply for a new permit. They also said my system is not up to code so I have to pay them more to bring it up to code (got a second and third opinion and both of the other companies said my system is up to code and looks great so therefore Power Pro Solutions lied to me about needing to bring my system up to code). Took them multiple phone calls to answer the phone for my questions about the unnecessary thousands of dollars they wanted me to spend for things I didn’t need.

They claim I was never a client which is terrible customer service because they came to my house twice to look at my solar panels and price me $2,800 but failed to list out by item exactly what I needed. They said a permit is $600 but did not specify what the other $2,200 I will be spending my money on. Again after two visits they could not tell me if my system was up to code or not and they were charging me for new project plans that I don't need because I was told by 2 other professional companies that my system is up to the most recent code and my project plans are good and match my current system. Do not do business for your solar panels with this company!
