After 3 different scheduled times for service, they (3 workers) finally arrived to change 3 light switches to dimmer switches. You would have thought they were rewiring my whole house for what they charged. Way overpriced for the work completed.

This guy is the real deal. He was on time to the minute, he explained everything he did, he did things to code, and his pricing was fair. We didn’t have a big job and he still made time for us. I hope I don’t need an electrician any time soon, but I definitely know who to call. I almost don’t want to post this review because I don’t want other people to find out…

Efren was very professional. I call him and he was at my doorstep in 30 minutes. I explained the situation, and he gave me a solution. The next day the problem was resolved. Very reasonable prices, fast, and clean.

Great service and workmanship. He was able to squeeze me in on a very short notice. Diagnosed and resolved what was causing the issue to the breaker. Explained every step he took and ended up saving me money in the process.

Mr. Sanchez is always adamant about giving good service to his customers. He gives very reasonable prices, and was a big help with all electrical issues. I would definitely recommend him if your needing an help in wiring or other electrical related services.

Efren answered my phone call right away 5:00 p.m. on a Friday afternoon (May 3 2024). He came all the way from the West side to see why my electrical sub panel box kept tripping and also had one of his electricians come by as well. Both figured out what was wrong and showed me that I needed to change from an aluminum wire my general contractor had other electricians install, to copper.

Previously my general contractor said I couldn't run everything I wanted in my new addition unless I changed the entire electrical panel and upgraded everything. It was irritating since he should have thought of that almost a year ago when he knew what type of electrical things were going into the new addition. So I thought if I used the least amount of electrical things in the new addition, things would be okay. That didn't happen!

After Efren looked at everything, he said I needed to get a thicker copper wire that could handle the electrical load for the new addition I had built. He also said I didn't need to buy another electrical panel box. By Monday everything was upgraded with a new thicker PVC pipe to accommodate the upgraded wiring. Then Efren had me turn on every electrical appliance (washing machine, dryer, stove with 5 burners, oven, microwave, dishwasher), lights, air conditioning units in the new addition to see if any fuses tripped. We ran everything for 24 hours without any problems. Since then, I don't have to worry about fuses tripping and can use as many electrical appliances as I need to.

I like that Efren tried to fix everything in a cost effective way. He did warn me the most expensive thing would be the copper wiring. I do believe you get what you pay for. Efren and his crew were very informative and friendly. I would definitely hire him again if I need any more electrical work done.

Unbelievably fast response time. It took me a while to find an electrical contractor but these guys called before I could put my phone down after submitting an online form. Prompt quote and professional installation. They took care of all permitting and followups. I will definitely use again.

The owner's reply shows they didn't understand my review. If exact pricing is difficult, they should at least discuss potential costs before entering homes. Most companies outline basic service call fees and explain how additional work impacts the price. Based on the owner’s response customers better be prepared to pay $150 for their “knowledge” or be told to never hire anyone if all you’re asking for is an upfront pricing transparency.

Charging $150 to reset a plug is unreasonable. Their defensive response further demonstrates poor customer service. This company needs to improve both their pricing transparency and professionalism.

I requested a quote for electrical issues from Dantex Electrical Contractors. They required an in-person inspection.

Eferen arrived and rushed through the process. He listened to my concerns and offered explanations, which I appreciated.
He only reset a wall plug in my garage and charged $150 without discussing costs beforehand.

I understand the need for on-site inspections but expected more pricing transparency.
I caution potential customers about using Eferen or Dantex due to unclear pricing. They should provide specific charging information upfront to improve their service.
