I was totally impressed by the service I received. I had called several other electricians and none of them called me back. Efren called me back within a few minutes and was at my house within 30 minutes. He was honest and was able to quickly diagnose and fix my problem. Thank you so much Efren!

Great friendly service. I was out of power in a bed room and DANTEX was able to provide services after hours when nobody else was willing to come out. My wife relies on medical equipment for daily use and DANTEX resolved the issue and corrected the electrical problem. I was very pleased with the work and customer service. The pricing is reasonable and I will continue to use this company for future electrical work needed for my house.

Efren is great. I had more than 1 previous unsatisfactory experiences with other people to hang one high outdoor fixture. It did not get done. I called Dantex and they called back promptly and fit me into their schedule. He came over this morning and hung my fixture and all is well. Very efficient and very good work. Keep his number!

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Efren Sanchez from Dan Tex Electric to install and wire four lights on my house, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, Efren's professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail were truly commendable.

Update: my house is old.. issue came back 2 weeks later (this time during business hours, thankfully) and isolated the issue and made the repair plus an additional fix to go a step further beyond the issue we had to help mitigate anything else from coming up. Still a very reasonable price, respectful crews, clean, and quality work…

We recently remodeled our kitchen so we decided to go with Dantex Electric. We were putting in all the new recessed lights along with beautiful under-cabinet lighting. and Dantex took care of everything flawlessly. They even did some additional trouble shooting in one bathroom and fixed an exhaust fan than was not wired correctly. We highly recommend Dantex Electric!

Reliable and effective! They came out for an estimate yesterday and came back today with the team. What I thought was going to take most of the day only took them about an hour and a half. His team was able to fix our circuit breaker and outlets. We will definitely hire them again if we need their services for one of our other properties.

Today I called DANTEX asking if they fixed wobbly ceiling fans. The business owner replied normally, when a ceiling fan is extremely wobbly, it's time to replace it. I asked if he could send someone to check it. As the business owner, I would hate to take your money. It isn't right to send an electrician at $85 service call to tell you your fan needs replacing. I replied I'll pay the service fee, I don't care. We paid $1000 for the fan. There must be something that can be done to a $1000 fan. He was hesitant but asked me for my address and told me he would send someone within an hour. Within 1 hour 2 electrician's were at my front door. They both very courteous and professional. They were able to stop the fan wobbling. They knew exactly where the problem was coming from. From the owner to his employees DANTEX Electrical are second to none. A First Class Business. I highly recommend this business.

My experience with this electrical service was profoundly disappointing. We had a quote scheduled for an investment property at 9 AM, an appointment time I fully intended to honor. I was literally five minutes away, preparing to arrive precisely at the agreed-upon time, when I received a call indicating he had already arrived early. Before I could even pull up, and well before our confirmed 9 AM meeting, he had inexplicably left.

The attempt to then explain the necessary work over the phone was equally frustrating. As I tried to clarify the scope of the job, I was abruptly interrupted with the excuse of an 'inspector calling.' He then rudely hung up mid-sentence and never bothered to call back.

To add insult to injury, the quote for a simple service upgrade was over $4,000, with the only justification being his 'good reviews.' Frankly, if you're in need of electrical work, save yourself both money and considerable aggravation. This company's customer service and professional courtesy were, in a word, horrible. I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and expertise of DanTex Electric. They returned my called immediately, scheduled the work to be done the next day, showed up on time, and did a great job. Based on this experience, I’m scheduling additional work with them.

They came today to fix my electrical issue and solved it and fixed it in a matter of minutes. I did not understand the issue and they were nice enough to take the time to explain it to me. Excellent service and greatly appreciated and gave me a warranty for the work I would highly recommend that you use them! Excellent!!

Recently bought a home in El Paso and had to get electrical work done. Mr. Sanchez was immediately responsive on a weekend and found additional issues that required fixing. Mr. Sanchez walked my wife and I through the issues and explained them clearly to us and his recommendations.

That next Monday he checked all outlets, and switches, replaced our sub-panel (seen below), and replaced bad wires in our bedroom master bathroom. He credited us a $280 payment for his labor on a Saturday for what he did on a Monday.

We forgot to point out 4 separate outlets and the next day he returned and checked, replaced, and fixed them. We paid less than $5,000 for all this work for brand new outlets and switches, 2 new copper wires ran to outlets, and a code compliant sub-panel. This cost is well below the national average in terms of cost. The work was quick and professional. Plus they offer a 1 year warranty for all their work.

To Mr. Sanchez and his team. Thank you for helping us get our home in good shape, for your professionalism, and hard work. Will contact them again if issues or repairs arise. I highly recommend this company.

Efren and his son from Dantex Electric promptly responded to my request for removal of a broken bulb from a ceiling fan and to replace burned out bulbs in recessed ceiling lights. They gave quick service, fair pricing, a year warranty, and good follow-up on replacement parts. Will call them for future electrical needs.

Worst electrician ever! Beware!!! Made a K-mart style work with moving electrical wiring in our garage. So faulty it could've caused an electrical fire!!!! Also did some other work. Scratched up our new wood floors, and claimed it wasn't him. Then he backed down and asked me wait for his call to correct the issue. He never did nor returned my calls. I have a great electrician that is working to fix the mess this one did. He is my electrician; however, when I needed this work done, he was tied up with a very big job. So I called DanTX. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I never write bad reviews, just not my style, but felt it incumbent upon me to do so this time!!! He is SO into getting 5 star reviews! Mentioned it several times to me. THIS work DOES NOT WARRANT a 5 star review.

Electric installation worked. But without letting me know ahead, the lights were installed blocking my ceiling fan.
Also, I was left with a lot of holes needing to be covered and fixed. Efren stated, they’re not responsible for any repairs, therefore, I had to pay extra to get holes covered. His worker, “George” said he would be able to assist,- yet, he left me with half the work not completed; giving me odd excuses for his no-show. He’s not reliable. I was left to do the work myself. Overall, I’m completely disappointed and dissatisfied with Dan Tex services.

En mi Caso la instalacion de los paneles fue muy profesional sin detalles. Todo el cableado entubado. De una manera muy profesional. Y con loas curvas necesarias en los tubos de proteccion.

Recomiendo ampliamente el servicio que ofrece esta compañía, en mi caso hicieron mucho mas de lo que yo hubiera esperado , cuando surgió un problema que al final resultó ser una falla eléctrica que a ellos no les correspondía arreglar vinieron y lo resolvieron sin cobrarme ni un dolar y eso que fue un problema complicado que requirió mucho esfuerzo.
