I called a week ago and made an appointment for today to diagnose an issue with my power that ended up being my breaker. Joe and Jason called ahead and arrived on time. It took maybe 2 hours total, everything is sorted out, and the price was reasonable. It was a super good experience, highly recommend.

I got to summit and sat down and waited, little did I know there was an employee and a customer talking about something, not even important... so after they finish their conversation the Summit employee decides to ask me what I needed😞. Didn’t appreciate getting acknowledged 5 minutes after sitting at the desk when everybody is , so, pressed for time. My visits to Summit are usually 20+ minutes. Considering most of the time it’s picking up stuff that’s already been ordered. Customers come first Summit. Gotta work on that customer service
