Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, great service, reasonable price, however i didn’t know have to pay their travel to get here mean by i need to pay their gasoline. Its not included hourly service.

Unusual request, in my mind, was handled professionally and very much to my satisfaction. Technician recommended covers over the outdoor outlets that were an improvement over the previous ones that made sense and will prevent future problems.

Tovar Electric is the best! This is the third or fourth time I have used them. They are very professional, knowledgeable and show up on time! I highly recommend them.

I waited sometimes 2 months for my appt. After many phone calls, texts and e-mails, I was lied to again and again. I asked my bill be adjusted to the 2 working items. I was told they would make it right. Instead, I was sent to collections. I was left with 5 non working outlets and 2 non working toggle switches, that I paid over $50 for new equipment. I used them and waited for them and my 4th time I was really screwed over. Think about using them because it happened to me. I would have gladly paid for the working equipment, had my bill been adjusted but instead I paid several hundreds for non working equipment just to pay another qualified electrician.

These people are prompt and professional.. I’ve used their services several times and job well done each time!!! P.S. my house when it was built in 1929…Tovar electric did the job!!! 9 years ago they re-wired this old house with new safe wiring.

In a time of covid, where contractors are usually either no calls or no shows, Liza's Tovar Electric is the opposite. I called this afternoon and they came the same afternoon! Fixed my outdoor outlet and did it quickly. The guys that came out were really nice and let me know what the problem was and fixed it. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I don't contact anyone else if I need electrical work completed. This is a professional, responsive company and I have relied on them for nearly ten years now. The quality of their work is exceptional. They keep you informed when they will arrive and usually show up a bit earlier then expected, which to me, is great. Life is to short to keep waiting for someone to show up. I can count on this response and appreciate their professional approach. Workers are courteous and will gladly complete the tasks you need, large or small. They are quick and competent. They take your safely seriously and avoid shortcuts and always complete work in accordance to local codes. No shortcut here, and don't worry, everything will work as you need it to. Technicians keep mess to a minimum and clean up afterwards so you hardly know whey were there. I recommend you contact Tovar for all of your electrical needs. We are very happy with the quality of their work. Not only was their work professional but the technicians were also very friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions before and after the work was completed. We would definitely recommend and will use again!

On the the day before Thanksgiving, we lost power to the living area of our home. I tried to reset the switch at our panel but that did not solve the problem. I called Liza Tovar and had no expectations that my problem could be addressed by the end of the week, much less that day. After explaining the problem to Liza, she said that "you don't want to be worrying about this on Thanksgiving". She told me that she would make sure that someone would be by before the end of the day. Three hours later her electricians knocked on the door and within the hour, electricity was restored!

My recent experience with Tovar Electric was highly disappointing. Despite emphasizing the importance of communication and customer service, they consistently fell short. I found myself having to initiate contact repeatedly, with responses taking an unacceptably long time. Moreover, my employees encountered a dismissive attitude, and Tovar failed to notify me of their arrivals, causing disruptions to our workflow. Overall, I cannot recommend their services due to these significant shortcomings.

I tried to get this company to do electrical work on my home, they quoted a decent price so we scheduled an appointment for the work to be done. They did not show not once but twice! I attempted to get a third appointment and they wanted to charge me $168 more for a weekend appointment. I understand you do not work weekends, but we were there for the previous appointments and no one showed. My husband works out of town and is no longer here to wait for a weekday appointment like the first two appointments. I work 8-5 and will not miss work for another no show. Very unprofessional, and when confronted we were met with "Well I wasn't here last week so I don't know what happened" Your vacation shouldn't effect how appointments are ran and how customers are treated.

Update: as you can see the response below, she is stating that they were unable to accommodate the appointment due to short notice. How did I have two appointments that were not shown up for if you were unable to accommodate? We had an appointments, Monday at 12 was the first one which no one showed for. So we cancelled this company after we waited all morning for the second appointment (scheduled "first thing" due to inconvenience because you did not show up Monday) and when we talked you said your employees would be over later because they were having lunch. We cancelled because we were told first thing in the morning because you missed Mondays appointment, we understand things happen and were understanding on Monday. We did not have all day to wait and see if you would show up on Tuesday as it was already afternoon when we spoke. Don't make it seem like i am making up a story just do better and don't schedule appointments if you cant fit them in.

I have used TOVAR twice and both times I have been extremley satisfied. They are customer oriented, very knowledgable, do great work and are very responsive. I had a problem at a relative's home and the electric company shut down the electricty due to their own mistake. I called TOVAR, explained the urgent matter and they were on it within the hour. They responded to my emergency and worked with the electric company to get the service restored. Thanks to TOVAR my relatives and their pets were able to return home and live comfortably and safely. I highly recommend them and I will use them again.
