Stephanie was amazing when I came to assisting me with mounting 3 TVs. They were able to come out last minute during the dust storm to mount my TVs in my new home. Eli did a very clean installation of in-ceiling speakers and amp in my den at a reasonable price. He communicated clearly and often; exactly what you'd expect from a professional like him. I'll hire his services again in the future. I highly recommend his company.

I recently brought in my RV for an oil leak in my Cummins diesel generator. This was covered during the warranty period. The leak was quickly fixed but the technicians noticed an issue with how the generator was running so they did more testing and found a couple of serious issues with the generator and ended up swapping it out for a brand new generator, all under warranty. I can only say that my experience with this group of folks in El Paso exceeded my expectations. During the time it was in the shop, Mario communicated with me regularly regarding the status. Also, I appreciate this group going the extra mile, not just fixing the oil leak, but making sure I had a fully functioning generator. I would not hesitate to go back for service here and highly recommend these good, honest folks to anyone needing service.

Absolutely was so happy that I found this business. They fixed up some radio work I had done somewhere else and found some wrong parts and wrong hookups and they hooked things up correctly and now are ordering me a part! Can’t wait to come back here for all my audio needs. 🙂🙂🙂

Eli personally did my work mounting 4 TVs my home theater sound system and porch speakers, was patient understanding and not only that he’s coming back to finish the last portion of the work after the transmitters & Receivers come in the mail which I didn’t have on install. Some of the wiring in order didn’t arrive on time so he just simply went and got some from Walmart. He also made recommendations for a sound set up that not only gave me more bang for my $$$ it’s absolutely better than the set up Best Buy made for me. He also guarantees his work with a warranty which you won’t need due to the work always being top quality. Since the project technically isn’t complete & we’re in the process of unpacking as (we just moved to our new home) I won’t share pictures & video but, once we are I’ll definitely be sharing a bunch.

They both take their time to showcase their equipment and explain all the intricacies that can affect one’s listening experience. I felt comfortable asking them so many questions because you can tell they have a passion for what they sell. Me and my wife left the store with a new vinyl player, amp, and speakers with their stands.
