The material they used was all cheap factory rejects and it took them 2 months to install and then had to come back and start all over due to defective product. Was promised a refund by corporate but never got a thing other than some small refund for extra material.

Let's just say that I lost more money than what I was going to save with them. I paid for a floor that was supposed to get a week later. I put on hold all the work at my new business and they didn't have the courtesy to call me and let me know the floor was not going to arrive the day they told me and not only that, I waited another week and nothing. I had to personally go and ask what was going on and why of the delay and they say that they didn't have a date to deliver the floor.
It was a frustrating situation since I had to postponed all the additional work and companies working on this project due to the lack of professionalism.

Horrible customer service and gaps in flooring - getting worse! DO NOT have this company install your flooring, you will regret it! Please do your research and find another company that is more qualified!
