They don’t mess around from start to finish. Great quality work! No issues with my roof and it’s been 3 years. Manny is very professional and willing to do what it takes to make costumer satisfied. Recommend 100%

UPDATE (30 Jan 2026): this company refuses to discuss the thousands of dollars worth of water damage due to their unprofessional and half a$$ job. They sent one of their guys to place another bandage over the problem, not a fix (pictures to come). This “fix” caused three other roofing companies to apologize on behalf of all professional companies. They couldn’t believe what they were seeing. Since they refuse to come here and give me an estimate on the damage, maybe they can use these pics to help them out.

Worst and most expensive mistake I’ve made In a while. Back in 2023, I payed over $5,000 to fix my roof due to a leak. Very next storm that passed, same leak. Every storm that passed since then, more and more leaks started popping up. I now have about $2,000 in water damage, not including the destroyed carpets and furniture. Every time a storm caused a leak, the project manager Manuel would come by and say it’s something and he would have one of his guys fix it, this went on for 3 years. Fast forward to the storm we just had, we tried to get someone for 3 weeks to come by and fix the roof prior to the storm, however they simply stopped communicating with us. I’ve text, emailed and no response. Every call ends with a “ I’ll have someone there by this day” they never come. This companies complete disregard to professionalism and customer satisfaction is an embarrassment to every involved. Word of advise to the project manager, if you’re going to ignore texts from a unsatisfied customer, at least change the setting that show you read it. In the last 2 days I’ve had 4 roofing companies give me quotes to fix the roof and the damage. They all agree that incompetence is a major factor in the poor job they are now charging $5,000 more to fix. This is not including the water damages. I know to a million dollar company, $5,000 is nothing, but for a working family, it’s crippling to lose that much and still have to pay that and much more again, within 3 years. Maybe this will get the attention of someone higher than Manuel, the project manager. If someone with decency actually cares, let’s discuss this, since no one from Manuel down will do so. I will continue to update and post pictures concerning this matter.

Staff is very knowledgeable. Company has many contacts for various jobs. Most jobs require a down payment for supplies, to get started.

My wife and I are beyond impressed with the work that Sun City Builders provided, transforming what felt like just our house, into our home. The whole process, from the initial estimate to the installation, was explained by John with constant updates and strict timetables. Savannah was always hospitable and accomadating during the whole process with collecting and passing any information, ensuring we felt as comfortable as possible. At no point did we ever feel rushed or bothersome when we had any questions about the process or extra last minute add-ons. Their pricing was competitive and upfront, never hiding any costs, and John explained in detail if there was an obscure issue that arose during the demolition or installation. Needless to say, we are excited to have a trusted team of professionals that we look forward to hiring again in the future. We can not thank them enough for our new love for our home.

The most recent project that Sun City completed for me was a conversion of a Popeyes restaurant to a Starbucks. They delivered on budget and ahead of schedule. I live in Dallas and can’t be on the job in El Paso to check, so having a quality builder like Sun City takes the stress off. They build each project as if were their own. They get my highest recommendation!

Sun City Builders, and its owner John Bryan, are the most competent, hard working, and honest contractors in the El Paso area. We went through three contractors before finding John and his team because all the other companies either over charged or never kept appointments. John not only gave us a fair price for our remodel, he also kept every appointment, finished the project on time, and delivered a superior product. We cant say enough great things about john and his team! From the beginning John went above and beyond for us. Unfortunately when we started our process, we had started it with another company that mishandled our blueprints and we did not get what we paid for. After informing john of the messy situation, he didnt turn us away like most would. Instead he took it upon himself to personally direct us/assist us in properly retrieving our blueprints as well as making all necessary corrections that were neglected by the initial company.

Through every step of the construction process, john and his team provided a very detailed itinerary of what was to come. They worked extremely fast, safe, and very clean while also caring about the work they were doing and making sure it was all completely done to our liking. Any and all concerns were ALWAYS addressed immediately with care and professionalism. Communication was always an A+. John and/or one of his team members always kept in touch and us informed with the plan/process.

He really took into consideration our budget and his quotes on everything we wanted as well as extras were VERY fair. He regularly kept us up to date with pricing on certain material and of there were any changes at all. Very transparent and honest with pricing. John also helped me surprise my wife last minute with getting her dream kitchen. Again, they work tirelessly to ensure your dream home becomes a reality while making the whole process as smooth as can be.
