9 months after signing a contract and paying for window repair and they have failed to finish the job as outlined on the contract. This company is horrible with communication and flat-out lies to customers about processing payments and scheduling work.

GRC Contractors assisted to fix my roof after hail damage, upon completion I tried to communicate more than once as I had requested progress pictures, they were sent until a few days after completion. I attempted to communicate several times again because all the trash was left at my house. Never got a response back and had to dispose of everything myself.

I scheduled an estimate twice and they never showed up. When I called the second time and talked to Devin (who I talked to the first time), he acted like I had never talked to him before. In both cases we made an appointment for a $100 estimate to assess damage at my house. In both cases he just didn't show up and never contacted me. Needless to say I won't be going with GRC for my home repairs.

If you plan a remodeling in your house, without a doubt they are the ones to do.

I recently remodeled my kitchen and the result was better than I expected.

Bad company. Lazy and unprofessional workers. Cut corners as best they can with materials/unfulfilled promises. Took a long time to write this as I don't typically like to hurt people's business however a year after we finished business with them, our credit card was charged again by the company and we had to report it as what it was... fraud.

Had some remodeling done on my home. Work was done in a very timely manner professional, Clean, and great customer service as well as far priced. I will be using them for any of my future projects. Yareli was very professional.

For unusual reason such as contractors not completing work or work not properly complete is why I relay on my own sources or rather do it myself. This is actually the first time I use a contracting company such as (GRC). A great thanks to Gabriel Soto, from the beginning he took ownership in helping me with my insurance claim along with the require process to fix my roof. The overall project success took less than two day, as propose by Gabriel, can't say much about the individuals who actually perform the installation but to thank them for a clean, beautiful and professional job. I love the way my roof looks "Can't wait to see how it looks on Google earth". I will definitely use GRC contractors on my next project. Thank you, Gabriel Soto!..

I can confidently say that GRC Contractors is the best construction company I have worked with. The thing that has impressed me the most is the professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness of all the workers. Everyone on the team seems to be personally invested in producing quality work and communicating clearly to the customer.

I saw the roof of a neighbors house and asked them who had done it and if I could get their number. I called for an estimate and it was way better than others I had obtained. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. Honest and true working relationship. The staff was cooperative and clean. I am very happy and content with the work performed. I recommended this company for any job they are capable of doing. I look forward to doing business with them again.

The top of the line absolute best for home repair, remodeling or reconstruction. Honest, trustworthy, will go to great lengths to keep the client happy. They always come back later to check their work. When they give their word or pledge you can take it to the bank. They have done roof, carpentry, reconstruction of a bathroom, and tracking down an elusive leak. I would hire them again even if it meant waiting for a few days. Exceptional folks.

Hands down the best company I have ever used to help me remodel a home!! The assistant that answered my call (Mrs. Victoria) I think. She was very nice and professional! And Gabriel’s crew did an amazing job. They were on time everyday and never once fussed about me changing my mind on something!! If you need anything done to a house or whatever I would definitely give them a call!! 5 stars from me!!

GRC was absolute great when it came to updating our bathroom. Analicia and Gabriel were attentive to our needs and wants. Analicia is fantastic. She communicates well with the client and the crew. Analicia went over and beyond to make sure we were happy with the quality. We appreciate their help with repairs not associated to the bathroom or in our original contract and spur of the moment.

I called GRC Contractors to get a quote on some drywall repair work from an old water leak in my home's exterior wall. I do attempt repairs around the house and I did repair the actual leak myself but the amount of drywall that was affected was more than I was willing to attempt at my skill level.
They came right out to estimate the job and I thought the price was great so I had them start right away. Francisco did a great job repairing the water damaged drywall and the wood at the base of the balcony door that was the source of the original leak. He also kept the area clean which I think is really important when you're dealing with drywall. That dust can get everywhere if you're not trying to contain it, but Francisco did and there wasn't really a mess to speak of when it was all done.
There is one small hiccup that I thought I would put in the review that wasn't really a problem for me but might be something someone else might like to know. I don't speak Spanish and Francisco did not speak a lot of English but Analicia and Gabriel, who did the quote, were available by phone anytime something needed to be communicated that the two of us couldn't hand gesture our way through.
Overall I am very happy with the completed work, the timeframe it took to complete the job, the price, and the professionalism I got from GRC Contractors. I would use their services again.

The company sent an associate June 13, 2025 to assess the bathroom. After, he mentioned they would email a quote in a few days but never did. I have called many times and left a message. I have texted and the text message indicated that they have seen the message but have not given a response.

Very positive experience for us Gabriel is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The contractor he had to begin and complete our project was very skillful and perfectionist everything he did was professional. Analicia, was the project manager and she visited often to manage progress and answer questions. WE ARE NOT FINISHED with GRC we have more projects in our home. Side note: having a licensed contractor do our projects gave us a piece of mind.

All the projects were completed timely and the whole team was very professional. I am pleased with the completed work, and I have rehired them to remodel my master bathroom with a clawfoot tub/shower enclosure. His team will also be doing a complete remodel of my kitchen. Ezelle, his designer is very smart ! Gabriel Soto is a very professional contractor. I love working with him very much! I know I could count on him to address my concerns, care about what I needed, be flexible with the design of my projects. He provided very intelligent staff members who I found to be easy to voice my concerns to. Everyone showed up timely and worked hard to finish the job. Even Gabriel showed up and did some of the work himself. He helped replace my toilets, fix my ac, and did some of my floor himself. He is a very kind man. As a single mom with two kids in El Paso, I couldn’t have ask for a better person to be hired for the job. He was very safe. I trusted his staff around my family. I never have trouble reaching Mr. Soto —he is very responsive and always a text away! Gabriel is the hardest working business man I have ever met in my life.
