Frias Shower Doors

Called and made an appointment for shower doors and glass. I was given an appointment for Thursday morning. Its Friday. No call, no show, nothing. Don't waste your time here.

My bathroom had no shower door and I needed to get one installed to complete the look. Contacted FSD and they came out to do measurements quickly. then within a week they came to install our shower door. I definitely recommend them for your shower door needs.

My experience with Frias Shower Doors was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
Alejandro, the technician, came to my home, made confident promises, and guaranteed his work. However, when the contract was sent by the office representative, Emily, it did not include the full scope of work discussed and did not reflect Alejandro’s promises—if anything, it said the opposite.
When I questioned the contract wording and asked for modifications, Emily abruptly stated they would not do the work. Within seconds, I received an email confirming the work order was canceled. There was no attempt to clarify or resolve the issue.
Afterward, Alejandro messaged me saying he could explain the job step by step for a fee, which came across as condescending and inappropriate.
This entire experience felt dishonest and shady. Verbal promises were made, contradicted in writing, and when questioned, the company simply walked away. Proceed with extreme caution!!
