I just want to thank Tropicana Homes for helping me purchase my first home. They were very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. The foreman, Jesus Serrano, was supportive and cooperative. He would provide me photos/videos throughout the construction process. I am very happy with ya'll !

Sylvia has been the greatest real estate agent I have had since I’ve moved to El Paso for the last 13 years. With the purchasing of my first two homes. As well as my son purchasing his first home. This experience has been super easy and rewarding. She will definitely work with you to ensure that you are getting the best rate and your home is built the way you want it.

After a very bad experience with a competitor, we discovered Sylvia Sandoval at Tropicana. She bent over backwards to help us get our dream home. She explained the process and worked with us to get to where we needed to be to not only own our new home but to afford it too. She really cares for her clients and that reflects well in Tropicana as well. I being difficult had to have many changes to our home, like adding a balcony to the front of the house and having 30 foot ceilings in my Janis 5... And Sylvia and the team at Tropicana made it happen. I have been a major pain by visiting the site daily as it was built, and seeing first hand the wood and construction methods used. They built mine right and the guys who did the work all were awesome. I highly recommend Tropicana and Sylvia Sandoval. They can build you your dream home. I know, because they built mine.

Jesus Eduardo Serrano and his team, among them is Luis Antonio Gómez or Tony worked non stop to get my house in amazing shape during the warranty period. They went way out of reach to ensure all my concerns were addressed. They were kind, polite, caring, compassionate and most of all treated me with the utmost respect. I would not hesitate to recommend Tropicana Homes to my friends and family. I would also do business with them again if I ever need an upgrade. Tropicana ROCKS!!!!

Our experience with Tropicana Homes was amazing. I urge you to be patient as we are experiencing a nationwide pandemic and booming housing market. Tropicana warranty is amazing . Jesus has been exceptional, proficient, and all around awesome. He has helped me with the issues regarding my house and when ever I need anything he always resolves it in a quick manner. He has made buying Tropicana worth every cent and I am extremely happy with my decision in buying a Tropicana house.

My husband and I closed on our house with Tropicana about a week ago and words cannot explain on how happy we are with our new beautiful home. We had an amazing realtor, Israel Dominguez Jr. Very professional, helpful, and always answered every question we had. We were very lucky and blessed to have a realtor like Israel. If anyone is looking for a home, he’s your man to call.

We are so grateful and delighted to become first time home buyers with Tropicana homes. The time and experience we had with our realtor Michelle Mata was engaging and delightful. She was very helpful and understanding in what we needed as a family for our new chapter in life, we will be forever grateful for her time she spent with us. I wanted to respond to the review from Mr Rodriguez about Mr. Sylvia Sandoval which I believe is one the best and more professional salesperson in the Tropicana Homes Family. 3 yrs ago she helped me out with the purchase of my current home knowing that my situation was very difficult at that time. She was patient and understanding and with her helpful knowledge of the entire process I was able to get my loan approval. Not only that she helped me and my family her husband Daniel helped me too! Right now She is currently helping me again with the process of getting my future home. To be honest with you, I had spoken with other builders and Real Estate Agents but at the end of the day I will always go back to Sylvia because nobody else will help me or treat me like she does. Not only her but her entire family Christina and Eddie too! Again the best in El Paso!

I bought a beautiful Tropicana home just under 2 years ago. Recently, a few doors started sagging and were difficult to close. I knew my warranty was expired, but also couldn’t see how sagging doors could possibly be my fault. I contacted Tropicana about my concern. They acknowledged that my warranty was expired, but that the customer experience was very important to them, so they sent a team out that same day to fix the doors! Thank you Tropicana!

What can I say… This is my second home purchased. Both homes have been new manufactured homes. Going through Tropicana Homes has been a very pleasant experience for me for and my family. Not only do they offer a wide range of model homes at very competitive prices, the level of service from this builder and its associated team members has been second to none. My agent Sylvia Sandoval is one of the hardest working agents I’ve worked with and now can say she too is a good friend. She has not only assisted me every step from beginning to closing on my new home such as advice to stay on task but she too has gone above and beyond many times just for the mere pleasure and peace of mind that her client was happy and at ease throughout the entire process. Months later, she has still been a big part of our family. Nice to know an agent that keeps in touch with her clients often and not just another person looking for the quick sale type mentality. Never pressured, never misinformed, she always did her due diligence addressing any question I had at the time with urgency. As for the warranty department… Elsa Chavez has been another phenomenal team player under this remarkable team. Being a new home, I found myself at times needing assistance in addressing issues found throughout the year. As they would pop up I would contact the warranty department and Elsa would quickly schedule the repairs and all would get fixed within a day or 2 at the most. Their level of urgency regardless of work required always blew me away. I never once felt as if I was being questioned with my judgment on the repairs being requested. They would just fix whatever I felt needed attention. If only ALL warranty departments worked like this, we as consumers would be happy. I am a very satisfied Tropicana Home customer. Love that their neighborhoods don’t look like something out of a Hollywood movie like Edward Scissor hands were every other house looked identical with the color and model of homes. My neighborhood has a very big mix of different home plans so this keeps my immediate area looking unique and diverse. I’m not much for reviews but always make the effort to share outstanding services for other to review. After all, a home is a big investment so reviews like this should go a long way and hope that my review helps others make that decision in selecting not only a great builder but an awesome team to support its builders product.

There’s one word to describe my realtor: Ambitious.
Sylvia Sandoval was there to answer all of the questions my husband and I had in regards to buying our new home. We honestly didn’t know exactly what to do or what came with buying a home, but she made our process so stress free! Tropicana is lucky to have such an amazing agent on their team. We just bought our second home with Tropicana Homes and it is absolutely beautiful. We decided on the Katharine floorplan and we are very happy with the final result. Sylvia Sandoval is the best, she definitely knows what she is doing and was never bothered with all our questions. We bought a home in December and so far I have been very happy with our new home! The Tropicana warranty department has also been very caring to our needs and makes sure to respond to our needs at a timely matter. I was very happy with my recent request, I sent out and email and the very next day early in the morning they were there to take care of us! I would definitely recommend anybody looking for a home to go with Tropicana Homes!!!

It is almost going to be 2 years since we bought our home with Tropicana, and it was a lovely experience. Sylvia was always very insightful and provided us with excellent customer service. Sylvia would always answer our calls and text messages even after hours. She was always very patient with our continuous changes, and would always have them done immediately. The warranty department have delivered promptly. We love our Tropicana Home and we are forever grateful with Sylvia Sandoval for making our experience exceptional 💕

My house was built 3years ago from Tropicana Homes and already out of 2 years warranty, however one of lighting has electrical wire broken issue causing no power.

When I feedback to Tropicana Home warranty service manager Martin Arroyos, he is very kind and help me to arrange electrician to repair this issue of broken wire. He is super nice and customer orientated.

This is excellent warranty service never saw in other builder. I would love Tropicana homes and recommend to my friends to build a house from Tropicana homes.

I would like to say thank you to the Tropicana team! Tropicana Homes went beyond expectations on customer service. We received tremendous help from Sylvia and her team, and I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a home to shop Tropicana. Our real estate agent, Abner Escobar, was also a valuable asset during our purchase. Patriot Mortgage also needs to be mentioned because of their outstanding help. The Forman Jesus was Excellent in explaining and taking care of minor concerns and explaining the construction process also as the warranty manager he went above and and beyond in that capacity. I wanna thank Sylvia for really stepping up and having our back. She is Truly a professional! Thanks for everyone involved in our purchase! I hope the owner(s) of Tropicana realize what a valuable Team they have.

We built with Tropicana starting in April/May of 2021and closed on our home in October of 2021. During the home building process we were able to come to our home almost daily to see the progress of our home build. If we saw an issue or had questions our Tropicana realtor, Michelle Mata, was able to address it buy call/text/email. We did our walk through and pointed out some minor issues that were fixed prior to closing or just after closing. Even after we closed Michelle Mata has been available for questions and concerns that we have had. After we had been in our home for about a month or two we starred to notice some other issues, but all we had to do was contact the warranty department via email/text/call and Martin was pretty responsive. Unfortunately, during this time the department experienced some illness issues, but Martin stayed in communication with me even while he was sick himself. Once Martin and his team were back they had to play catch up with their work load and I had discovered other issues with my home. Martin reassured me that everything would be fixed. He had his helpers come in to fix smaller issues and called in the experts like the plumber, A/C and Heating, Electrical to come fix the issues. Martin has reassured me on multiple occasions that any and all issues will be fixed and to make sure that I email everything so it is documented. I know things have been rough the last few years in the construction world and in the world in general due to the pandemic, but I believe Tropicana has tried to handle it while keeping their staff and home buyers safe. If you're currently going through the home building/buying process make sure your communicating your questions and concerns. If you have closed on a Tropicana Home and are having issues come up, please send the warranty department an email, Martin and his team will take care of you. Show a little grace as well because these guys are constantly working and doing it with a smile and professionalism.

We've had our home almost 2 years. I am extremely happy with Tropicana Homes and their Warranty Department. Our realtor Michelle Mata was amazing in helping us get our new home. She was extremely helpful and kind. With warranty, no matter what issue i had or how big or how small they fixed it. Elsa Chavez and Jesus Serrano replied to my e-mails the same day and usually had someone fixing the problem the following morning. Being a first time home owner i had many questions and at times felt lost when something went wrong, found something wrong or something acted funny. But they listen to you and help you with any questions you might have and send someone immediately even on the weekends! I highly recommend Tropicana Homes and their Warranty Department!!
