I highly recommend Tropicana for your next home choice. I bought my first home from them and the experience along with the quality and value per square foot can not be beat. I would like to recommend working with Sylvia Sandoval, she is an amazing agent. Her attention to detail makes the whole process easy and less intimidating. She has a great attitude and creates a great environment in which you feel comfortable to ask any question you might have. She really has your best interest and that's always greatly appreciated. If you're looking to move into a new home, Tropicana Homes is THE place to use. My wife & I had previously signed with another company whom would not contact us after we signed. We made the best decision when we switched to Tropicana. Our agent is Michelle Mata & i highly recommend to work with her! She has been nothing but amazing! We are new to the home buying world and she made the process incredibly smooth. If we have any questions or concerns she responds in a timely manner ( and also doesn’t judge for asking “stupid” questions!). Michelle & the Tropicana team are very friendly & explained everything in full detail! We are proud new owners of a beautifully built home. We can not thank Michelle enough for helping us through our new chapter!!

Martin from Tropicana Homes is very professional and takes pride in his work and takes care of his clients. I had some repairs I needed to be done. Martin came over to my house to make sure exactly what I needed to be done. He called his workers and they responded right away and took care of the repairs. I am very happy I chose Tropicana Homes as my builder. There’s a reason they have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. People if you’re buying a home do your homework. Talk to your family and friends they will tell you the experience of certain builders. Some builders are not even accredited with the BBB. That should be a red flag right away. I put a lot of thought into this review and I wanna start by thanking Mollie Stopani, She has been nothing but incredible throughout this home building process, We came from Tropicana apartment to home and it was nothing but smooth she answered all of our questions from the beginning and really made us decide if this was the right choice for us, I cannot thank her enough she is professional and incredibly sweet and treated me and my family amazing. I highly recommend her and Tropicana properties if anyone is having second doubts, our first home couldn’t have been any better.

My husband and I went through so many builders before we went with Tropicana. It was so stressful because so many of them were so unprofessional and we had a couple failed contracts because of them trying raise pricing after signing or misinformation they provided. We were about to give up on purchasing a new home when we contacted Tropicana. I contacted Sylvia Sandoval because she sold my mom her house over 20 years ago and I can not thank her enough for helping us through this purchasing process. She was our sales agent throughout the whole process and I can not stress how much she helped us in creating our dream home. It was such a breath of fresh air to deal with someone so compassionate and understanding for the details and visions we had for our home. Sylvia was always responsive and was on top of all of our concerns if we had any. Buying our first home was so stressful because we had no idea what we were doing and buying through Covid was just an added stress. I don’t think we would have had the same great experience if it wasn’t for her. I wish I would have contacted her since the beginning because she went above and beyond for us. I am so grateful for the amazing service she provided to us and I am forever indebted to her for helping us get our dream home. I will recommend her to anyone buying a home . There is no coincidence as to why she has been the best in the business for so long because she is truly the BEST! I wanted to express my gratitude to Martin Arroyos and his team at Tropicana homes warranty department. I had the main water pipe going into my home under the cement break on a Sunday morning. I called my home insurance and they were definitely no help. By the time my insurance come contacted me, Martin and his team were already working on it to get it fixed. Thanks to them we had running water in less than 2 days from the time I contacted the warranty department. They took care of everything from repairing the pipe to cutting the cement and putting everything back together. Thank you again Martin I really appreciate all you have done for us!!

I bought my house with Tropicana in 2017 and it was a great experience. Our house is what we have always dreamed of. Sylvia Sandoval helped us with the entire process making everything so easy and the treatment Tropicana gives to their customers is unique. In addition, their warranty department has been there for everything we needed, something that makes us as a customer feel great because you can always count with them. It has been a great experience working with Elsa and now with Jesus. I highly recommend Tropicana homes because of their customer care.

Israel Dominguez and Israel Dominguez Jr couldn’t have done such a great job by helping us getting our first home. They both worked hard and endless hours with us from the beginning of planning, designing, building and up to our closing date! I am forever grateful for both of them, they have made the process so easy and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is a first time buyer or interested in buying a home. **UPDATE**

We have been living in our home for 7 months now and as new home owners we were advised about all the warranties our appliances and house have. We had the first 30 days and 1 year list including a 2 year warranty for the roof in case something stopped working or we needed a fix. Martin Arroyos has helped us every step of the way to maintain our house just the way we received it brand new! We truly appreciate him and Tropicana Homes for everything!

Israel Dominguez and Israel Dominguez Jr were outstanding throughout our home purchasing process, as well as being extremely helpful afterwards. I highly recommend these two individuals when purchasing a Tropicana home.

We started looking for a home in January. A family member referred us to Tropicana homes since that’s where they bought their house. We stepped into the office and Michelle the realtor located in that office she was very friendly, very professional, she had an answer for all of our questions, and made us feel like we were on the right place with the right person. It was a four month process, and Michelle made it feel very positive in every step of the way. We couldn’t be more happy with the help that she provided and the product she delivered. We will definitely recommend her. And go to her for future business.

Closed on a home with Tropicana late December 2019. Turned out to be a great experience. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

I have been at my home for about 5 months and I cannot extend my gratitude enough to the Tropicana Staff, in particular the Warranty department. Jesus and his staff are exceptional and professional throughout this warranty process. Great customer service and prompt responses, with all issues addressed immediately.
Sammy has been at my home a number of times of various occasions concerning warranty coverage. Most professional and knowledgeable young man I have come across. Made a couple of repairs and my home on a timely basis with results not showing any kind of tampering.

I couldn’t be happier with the service Martin, the foreman, gave our family after we moved into our home. He was there before we moved in to make sure everything was good for us, and even after, he has made sure that everything is still good. Anything we need, he has taken care of it just as well and as fast as before we moved in. He’s made our first home experience amazing.
