My wife and I have a mulberry tree that needed pruning and of the 3 estimates we received R&M was the best quote. They showed up on time and were thorough in explaining their whole process.
After they finished we did not like how the tree ended up, not their fault but our expectation was different. They kindly offered to come back and finally pollard/nub the tree later in the year. We greatly appreciate their efforts and time in coming back to finish the tree.

Awesome service. Prices are reasonable and service is super fast, efficient and clean. I called on Sunday and they were out on my property the next day to remove a fallen tree.

They came out quickly to perform the work as spoke about. Worked as professionals. Cleaned up after themselves and left the property cleaner then when they started the work. I will be looking forward to work with them again in the future. We are planning future projects.

I have used this palm tree business repeatedly for their outstanding customer service. They work hard and leave the landscaping looking better than when they showed up. The clean up very well afterwards. Best part is they offer fair pricing in a time when everything is so expensive. I have tried other palm services before and they do not compare. Other companies i tried before going with this one have been awful. Some bring kids to work, some leave debris everywhere and some don't even finish the job. If I could give ten stars I would.
