I am extremely satisfied with the exceptional service provided by this company for my home. Their pest control and weed control services effectively addressed my scorpion issue and eliminated the weeds. The staff demonstrated great accommodation, particularly when I reached out on a short notice. Furthermore, the technicians were exceptionally polite and punctual, a refreshing change from my past experiences with unreliable companies.

You can tell this family-owned business works hard to provide great customer service backed by quality service. Delta proved their quality when they successfully controlled a pest problem I have been dealing with for years… despite having another local pest control company treat my property. Delta has been so accommodating, I even added ground maintenance services for my property! PS I love the new billing system, I can see what I owe and even change my payment method.

The young men that are sent to my home are respectful & helpful. They answer any questions I may have. I’ve used Delta for 40 years & have never had any problems. I highly recommend recommend thrm.

Very very disappointed with your service I was charged for work not done. The people came said that it was windy and could not do the work and now I just got a bill from November and they said they couldn’t come back because I hadn’t paid the bill, but I’ve never even seen a bill till just today so this is ridiculous. Goodbye and the reason I don’t put a rating on there is cause you deserve a zero rating. I had to put one because you made me put a one, but the rating should be zero

Great experience overall. Talked to Brenden (hopefully I spelled his name correctly) about weed control services and he was very knowledgeable and set me up with an appointment to do exactly that. The technicians were very professional as well and very thorough with the service. Will always be using these services for as long as I need them!

I’ve been using Delta Pest Control for all my Bug spraying needs inside my house and outside for many years. I also use them for the weed spraying around my house. Delta always shows up on time and the guys are always friendly and knowledgeable about any problems that I might be having.

We have been using Delta for about 6 years. The service has always been excellent. We use their ground maintenance for our yard and have used the lawn weed and feed services. Delta has also repaired and maintained our automatic sprinkler system. The prices are very reasonable and the personnel are always willing to do an extra job when asked. Since we are elderly, the service they provide is a godsend.

I contacted Delta in the summer of 2022 to remove all the grass from the front of my property and to replace it with rocks. This was supposed to be for my convenience as I a disabled veteran with an injured back from my time spent in Afghanistan and I cannot be constantly doing yard work, aggravating my injuries, and constantly paying landscapers. Instead of convenience, I am constantly being presented with grass and weeds coming through the rocks which require me to hire landscapers to remove it. Considering the amount of money I paid to have these rocks put down on top of what I am paying landscapers every few weeks, this is unacceptable. I brought up this issue last year to Delta management and their solution was to send out a crew to spray the grass to kill it, once. IT worked, but a few weeks later the grass and weeds were back. Unless delta intends to continue spraying the grass and weeds in perpetuity, then I cannot recommend these services. Let the pictures speak for themselves and buyer beware.

Not Only was was weed barrier paid for (#2 on the invoice) it was installed. In your in voice looks like the one in the attached photos, then be prepared for grass and weeds to grow through your weed barrier and rocks.

On this occasion we used Delta Pest Control & Lawn Service to dethatch our lawn. We were pleased with the effort & results of their service. Would highly recommend them for the dethatch service.

After many years, we terminated our maintenance service because of the decline of customer service. We gave them another opportunity by going back to them but was very disappointed on first visit which happened 2 years ago. DELTA sent a maintenance crew to my house and they left a huge mess which took hours to clean up. I called management to ask them to clean up the mess the crew made but they ignored the request. At first, they blamed me for the mess and refused to rectify the problem. After a few days of calling this business and speaking to several different people, they finally sent a person to see the mess and he took pictures of the shrubs, roses and grass which confirmed my complaint. They finally agreed to send a crew to rectify the problem. The management stated they I would not be billed for the service due to the extreme inconvenience we suffered during that time. I immediately cancelled my maintenance service with their management and thought it was over. Last week, I received an invoice billing me for both days of maintenance, one for the original service and the other for the clean up. Because the second invoice was not signed, they agreed to remove it from the bill. Yes, why do I need to pay for them to clean their mess? But, I was responsible to pay for the first. I will never request any maintenance service from them again.
