They were very thorough for weed control on my property. The gentlemen that completed the job were professional. I was very satisfied with their work and would recommend for those in El Paso.

I used to pull the weeds on the side of my property when they got bad like this, but it would take me a whole day, my back would be killing me, and it would take several weeks to dispose of all the weeds since I only have one trash can. MEAN CLEAN took care of this in under 2 hours and at a great price too. Highly recommended.

Mean clean has been doing our property for years and always gives us the best service! Our neighbors always ask who does our services and a few of them have even started their services with Mean Clean as well. The owner is always very professional and whenever we request something from him he always makes sure it gets done. If you want reliable service from a company that provides excellent maintenance services you should definitely call them.

My property has had at least 4 or 5 other crews / companies come out for yard maintenance. This company and the team that came out yesterday overly exceeded my expectations. Punctual, on time, hard working even in the extreme windy conditions & did it with smiles on their faces. Most companies you send pictures & that’s it. Yesterday the crew and I walked around my property just to be sure of what I wanted again and then executed the work.

Will be joining the monthly maintenance scheduling and having them return. 10/10.

I’ve had ongoing issues with this company’s service. Nearly every month, something was missed or not done properly. When I brought it up, the representative (assuming owner) always had an excuse, usually shifting blame to the homeowner, for not specifically requesting tasks that were clearly part of the routine monthly service (like trimming and weed control) which is reflected on the invoice.

They expected full payment even when obvious work wasn’t done, unless I pointed it out each time. They often came while we were at work, and if no one was home to personally walk them through the job, every single month, they wouldn’t do it correctly. Even though the invoice clearly listed what was supposed to be done, they still skipped things and made excuses. Communication was poor; the workers would say one thing, and the person in charge would say something else, especially regarding pricing.

Then, without notice, they raised the price and stopped servicing the backyard, which had been included for over two years, without saying a word. Yet they still tried to charge the same amount.

The photos attached are of bushes that were left untrimmed during one of their visits, even though trimming is part of the agreed service. They clearly needed attention, yet the full amount was still charged. To their credit, once I called the representative, they did come out the next day to fix it. But as the customer, I shouldn’t have to follow up every time to make sure the job is done right, it should be done correctly from the start.

There was always some kind of issue. Poor communication, inconsistent service, and a lack of accountability. I would think twice before using this business.

My yard was clean the day before by a different service. My neighbor get services from this company. His yard is clean, yet I have to go tell these idiots to stop blowing all the leaves to my yard. They laugh and continue to do it. I noticed they blow the leaves to the street and let all the neighbors deal with it. If you respect your neighbors and want to continue having a cordial neighborhood. Either get a company that respects you as well as your neighbors. Or set boundaries before they start the work.. Spoke with Charlie today November 20. He basically called me a liar that his crew was not blowing crap on my lawn. There's a 10 second video. He said I have small balls talking to grown men like that. His crew said its my responsibility to clean my own yard. I stated I wouldn't have to clean more if they would just stop blowing on my yard. Charlie cursed me out. I have phone conversation where he's threatening me because i left a bad review. Is that really the company you want to hire and represent your neighbors.

We had a great experience with Custom Pro Maintenance Service. We hired them for their yard service and weed prevention. They cleaned and sprayed the xeriscaping around our entire house and completed the job quickly and did an excellent job from start to finish!

Communication was open and consistent, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Dominic and Melissa were courteous, professional, and really listened to our needs and preferences. It’s clear they care about providing great service and making sure the customer is happy. And now we can enjoy our backyard, thank you!!

Beware of this business taking you to the cleaners. I asked them for a proposal to refinish my swimming pool and he came back with a proposal for over $1,000 just to paint the deck. I found someone else to do it for $318. I asked him for a filter service which was supposed to be $85 and after they took my filter screeens to wash them at a carwash, they brought one back torn and billed me $318. Right before I was to have a backyard party, they came by to clean my pool but I noticed the pool wasn't crystal clear. After calling in FM Pools, they showed me the water test and my pool was almost chemical free but they were charging me for pool cleaning with chemicals.

After I called and politely cancelled my service, Dominic called me back and was very rude and actually tried to make me look like the bad guy. I wouldn't recommend this company if they were the only ones left on the planet.
