I would highly recommend New Leaf for any of your landscaping needs. I needed my backyard cleaned up and raked after a failed attempt at trying to grow grass. I even had sticker bushes starting to appear. I contacted New Leaf and set a date for service. He was very responsive and punctual. He had my backyard looking better in about an hour! I will continue to use their services from here on out!

Adrian was very professional and attentive to my concerns on his initial visit after having a previous lawn service that continued to disappoint us. He is very meticulous and takes great pride in his work. The yard looks amazing and ready for any outdoor gathering!

New Leaf did an amazing job in my front yard on February 14, 2022. I have four bushes and a tree, I did the trimming on my bushes and tree a year ago by myself and did not look the way New Leaf left my yard. I am truly happy with the outcome of my yard, which my yard looks very clean. I can't wait for my tree to bloom in the springtime, its going to look beautiful. Unfortunately never heard back after multiple attempts to schedule service. I understand companies get busy, but basic follow-up is essential. Found another company that responded right away and got the job scheduled. Wishing them the best, but communication needs improvement.

I’m extremely amazed with the yard work done! Mr. Adrian was punctual, respectful, and paid attention to every detail. My lawn, bushes, and flower bed look better than they ever have. The team worked efficiently and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be using new leaf services again!

I own EPTXmaslights and often need landscape products. Great service thoroughly enjoyed opening account and buying in stock product. Hope to do lots of business in the future.

They are great products, well made and for a good price. My complaint is that they put the paid product invoice in the package, which my customer found. Since the prices on the sheet were much lower than my proposal (because my price was incl install), still my customer balked and it really hurt our relationship. As a result the customer put the project out for bid. I ended up getting the job, but lost $2,000 in the process. When I called Yardbright to complain, they blamed me saying that I had not told them to send a blind invoice, and a lot of other excuses. (They had already emailed me a receipt, so there was NO need to put one in the box). I've never had any company put a receipt with prices on the box with the product in 40 years, so I didn't think I had to). The next order I made, I clearly wrote "NO PRICES IN THE BOX WITH PRODUCT". But I had it shipped to my house anyway, just in case. Sure enough, there was a receipt with prices on it in the box. These folk just don't listen. If you order from them, make sure you have the product shipped anywhere but to your customer!

I have worked with John and Bob for years now! Very few issues to speak of. They both are professional and have decent quality lighting products for my customers. Craig Collins
