Anson GC build a metal privacy fence for me that cost me $11,000 and within 3 WEEKS of having the fence and one rainy day it started rusting. I called and spoke to them and sent them pictures and videos of the rusted metal and they said they would call me back to go look at it and it’s been weeks and I still haven’t heard back from them.

Quality and customer service is exceptional. This company is the definition of outstanding,
I was referred by a friend and i don’t regret it at all.

Garbage workmanship in both Cement pouring and Turf installation. They had to install the turf twice because of how bad it was. And we just found out it is the WRONG TURF. Yup they installed the incorrect grass. I will include a pic of the "high quality" cement work one can expect.

Been having issues with the work that’s been done in our back yard ever since we’ve contracted Anson last year. Overall, the quality of work doesn’t reflect with what we paid for, which was kind of pricey compared to other local landscaping contractors in the area.

*Update 1/30/2025 - The project supervisor came out (unannounced) a couple weeks ago and looked at some deficiencies in the work on the yard AND the garage floors. He agreed that there were light spots in the top coat as well as some spots that look for be completely void of top coat and saw the mess the guy made when he came back the first time. He said he would "write up my report" and get back to me that week. I still haven't heard anything and we hit a point where we could not wait to move things in to the garage anymore, so we are just stuck with the sub-standard work on the garage floors and out the $4k+ extra they charged us for them.*

First off, the workers that actually did the landscaping did a fine job and the yard turned out pretty good, but that is the only good thing I can say about our experience. Their prices seem to be a bit high, which we weighed with the fact that they could start work immediately, and accepted that we would pay a little more for that.

Now the bad parts. We discussed what we wanted in stone sizes and color multiple times, had the wrong stuff put down and the workers then had to pull it back up and replace it. When we specifically asked what would be put down under the rocks we were told "oh we don't put any plastic down because of drainage" only to catch them laying thick plastic sheeting down where dogs would be using the bathroom, this would have become an issue fast! Luckily I caught it and they swapped it for landscaping fabric. Just all in all the communication from sales to the crews sucked and I do not speak Spanish so every time I caught an issue it took multiple calls to get messages relayed properly (about halfway through the project I ended up using Google Translate with one of the lead workers and that helped).

The worst part of the project was "epoxy" I had them do on the garage floors. Since they claim to be a GC, I figured why not have them do the garage floors while they were at it. So an additional $4k+ and the first pass looked terrible and I saw the materials they were using which was the DIY Rustoleum stuff you get from Home Depot or Lowes. After telling the salesperson that they didnt look very good, the guy came back and put another coat on top and now they are even worse AND he made a mess of the edge with sloppy runs and got stuff all over the driveway including footprints of I assume top coat. Didn't even bother to clean up his mess....

At this point, even though the yard came out fine, it is nothing special and I would advise using someone else, and absolutely do not use them for garage floor coating, you can do it better yourself.

I found Anson at the Home and Garden show 2024. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Two representatives came out to provide an estimate for a large planter, fill dirt, replace gravel, enclose the base of the gazebo, and re-seal some pavers. They walked around asked questions and an hour later they had not completed their estimate. I needed to leave so we scheduled a time for them to come back.

When they returned, there was a new person, Keenan, and the same woman who had come out originally. I had to explain what I wanted again. Keenan said that's not what he worked on and that he had to redo the estimate. I told him I don't know why he was given bad information because I was really clear on what I wanted. Keenan had a bit of an attitude and I was annoyed for having to go through all of it again.

I told them they could work on the estimate and send it to me. They said they like to give the estimate in person so we can go through it. Keenan sat down for a bit and worked on the estimate.

After a short time, Keenan approached and said he has the estimate. He said "fifty four one". I said, "you mean 5,400???" He chuckled and said "no, $54,100." I said "that's not going to happen", thinking he would come back with something for us to review and discuss - something more reasonable.

Keenan immediately turned on his heels and walked out of the backyard - he didnt say another word. The woman with him followed him out. She turned to look at me. Not knowing what to say, I said "he's a lovely man" and she said goodbye.

I was completely stunned. I thought for sure he would have shown me how he came up with that number and we could have discussed it, since that's why they want to give the estimate in person.

There is absolutely no way, the project I asked for, should cost that much. Turns out it doesn't. I found a much more professional and reasonable company to work with.

Absolutely fantastic! The landscapers did an amazing job transforming our yard. From start to finish, their work was top-notch. They were professional, efficient, and truly listened to our needs. Our outdoor space looks incredible, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Five stars all the way!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! This company is absolutely horrible. They are unreliable, the project took over a year. They scammed me out of thousands. There is a HUGE lack of communication. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this company.

built some work and a playground for us, and we can honestly say it was totally worth the money. Everything turned out great, and we're really happy with how it all came together. Definitely recommend Anson if you need something like this

Very unprofessional. Asked to see if they could provide a product since alot of these companies do provide it and instead of telling me yes or no they instantly block me for no reason at all on social media. Way to lose a potential customer. If I could give a 0 for customer service I would but sadly a 1 is the lowest I can give. They obviously only care about money and not the customer

Excellent! I've hired several companies for different types of work, and I finally found a company that met my expectations. Excellent team. Marysol provided us with 100% quality service.

We met them at the home and garden show and had someone come give us an estimate on a pool and landscaping. Nothing we asked for was included in our presentation and the price was almost 200k. They said we would not find a better price but we did ended up finding another company with great reviews for half the cost. Do not recommend. We will prob end up spending close to 150k after our landscaping is all done so I do feel like they missed out. Also they lost business since my brother and parents were also planning on using this company. All together lost prob 350k on business.

Also had to meet in person and they were not prepared. Presentation was on a little screen and the price was on their phone. Super unprofessional.

I am a very dissapointed and UNHAPPY customer. Too many unresolved issues and unkept promises. I would never recommend Anson, ever. Very unprofessional!

First off, they come to your home and set up shop for hours like they're your BFF and basically don't take no for an answer. Then they say they will communicate with you and that the lead will go over things with you but they don't unless you go above them and call customer service. The wall quality was fair which for the price is disappointing. The retaining wall we wanted was built too far from our home so it is not retaining anything, it's essentially a free standing wall. Their sidewalk work is okay but they stamped and colored our front stairs when I specifically asked them not too. It took them a very long time to finish the side wall to our stairs which I really don't think they intended to do but they realized they messed up. Now we are left with huge gaps between the wall and the house and 47k in debt. I regret going with this company.
