My experience with Sun City Lawn Care was by far the best!!!! We had a sod installation. When I requested a quote, Chris responded promptly. During the estimate meeting, he made us feel comfortable asking question and explaining things in length for us. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell this is something he really has a passion for. He is honest and straight forward which made us feel he genuinely does care about potential clients and not just making a quick buck. While waiting for the installation to be done, we had questions and he again was prompt in responding. When it came to do the install, even though he is prompt, he ensured to communicate arrival times. He ensured to clean up after his work and left nothing behind. After installation, he still took his time to explain post sod installation lawn care, answer anymore questions and ensured to make us feel comfortable in contacting him for further services.

Chris is very professional and knowledgeable, he also gave detailed advice about educating myself on how to future take care of my lawn. Even so kind to help me with my tree that I was struggling with and what I should do! You can tell he's very passionate about his job and takes it seriously. I sent Sun City Lawn Care an email and they responded right away. I told them what I needed and they sent me a quote. Once I approved the quote they added me to the schedule. They came and made our front lawn look awesome. It was so overgrown. I would recommend them in a heart beat. They were courteous, professional, and did great work in a timely manner.

They did a fantastic job. Chris Rodriguez and his crew were thorough and professional. It's a plus that he's an Eastwood High School graduate, even though my wife and kids are all from El Paso High School. His communication skills are first rate, and he offered great advice about two of our suffering oleanders. He gets five stars on all levels of service.

Definitely will be using Sun City Lawn Care again in the future. Chris was prompt in communication — he competed services in a timely manner, was very mindful of COVID precautions, and was very flexible and informative of how to solve an irrigation leak that presented itself when a large bush was removed. Not to mention it was super easy to book and complete payment online!

Had them for over a month and my lawn got worse; communicating with Chris was like pulling teeth, unfortunately. I had to keep reaching out as he was not forthcoming in what I could expect and when - very frustrating - I do not recommend them.
