Professional work and always attentive to questions . Second time I have had IdeaJardin do some landscaping for our home because their work has made my back yard appealing with and elevated my touch .

Super happy with the work they did! Quick to respond and come out for measurements and then generated a quote. Worked with me while I toyed with a few different ideas before picking the final design. Had a quick turn around from the time the contract was generated to installation and stuck to the expected timeline. Professional and made it very easy for me to coordinate things remotely as I was at work during the day.

First and foremost, they are wonderful individuals dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. They listened to our idea and turned that idea into a wonderful creation and experience for us. We wanted a simple landscape for our backyard with a row of plants and turf, with a border of brick separating the two. We were amazed in how clean, meticulous, and professional the landscape turned out. The quality of the products were outstanding as well. In addition, they were able to uphold the timeframe for the completion of the project, which demonstrates their commitment to their clients. Their sister company Southwest Tile Works also helped transform the backyard by tiling the concrete underneath the porch. All together, we are immensely grateful with the workmanship, dedication, and service that Idea Jardin has demonstrated in creating our landscaping. For any other landscaping needs that we might have, we will only consider Idea Jardin to complete them because we know that we will be satisfied.

This team did a great job at understanding our vision for our front / side yard. Their communication through every step was great. The team started the project while I was out of town and did a great job at sending me pictures. I provided the sketch, the before and the after. This project took around 3 weeks to complete. As months keep passing by (November 2024) all I have to say is keep scrolling to see updated pictures of our current horrible cement steps that are not even 3 months old to date.

Second time this company has attempted to repair our steps. The initial work resulted in cracks in the steps that kept spreading and would eventually separate, and despite this follow-up we are left with a finished product that is still subpar ⬆️. They re-did the concrete steps like we asked but were left with a stained uneven concrete and a very porous concrete with holes all throughout. In all honesty the finished look feels and looks worse than what we started with. The cement was already very porous and we had to reach out so they can come and fix the visible holes on the concrete, my concern was that these holes would get deeper and cause peeling. They proposed addressing the visible flaws at an additional cost, such as by installing porcelain tile, but given that we are already financing $39,000 for this project, it is unreasonable to expect further expenditure on our part. Despite these follow ups and the patching of the holes we are still left with such unprofessional work that makes me upset to look at every time I look at my backyard, and to think we are making monthly payments for this makes me so upset. Our concerns extend beyond aesthetics; we are seriously questioning the quality of the work, particularly in regard to the cement’s curing process and the necessary slope to prevent water pooling. In light of these issues, we cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company.

Wow! Can’t stop spending time in my backyard, Idea Jardin is such a great landscaping company! Efrén, JP and the rest of the team were friendly, professional, and really knew what they were doing. They listened to what I wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and the final result was even better than I imagined.
