They said they would be out to do my yard over a week ago. I have tried to call them, left messages, texted them & emailed them. They DO NOT respond to any communications. Terrible customer service, I would NOT recommend!

Smart Lawn installed turf for us 3 years ago and did a beautiful job, so naturally we contacted them when we moved into a new home. I thought it was odd (not to mention unprofessional) that their website directs you to contact them via text vs phone. As a business owner of over 15 years, I can’t fathom asking potential customers to text me... but I went ahead and texted them to request a quote.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a quick response back stating they could send someone out for an estimate the next day. Aaron did show up the next day (8/14) and provided a quote. He said he may be able to do better, but he’d need to let us know the next day. He also stated that they would be able to schedule the work in 2 weeks. Here is the timeline of what happened next:

8/15: No text from Aaron about pricing; I texted him to say we were ok with the initial quote and would like to be scheduled. Aaron responded that they would schedule us in ASAP.

8/21: No further contact. I texted Aaron to ask if they were able to schedule us in. He responded that yes, they could start the installation at the end of the following week. He said he would call on Monday 8/26 to confirm the date.

8/28: No call on Monday and no further contact. I texted Aaron to ask if we were still scheduled for the end of the week. He replied that he would call the following day to let me know where things stood.

9/4: Nearly one week after they were supposed to start the work and after no phone calI, I texted Aaron to say we were going with another company.

So, I wasted over 3 weeks on these yahoos and got an “ok thank you!” When I let them know they lost our business. Apparently, they are so busy that they don’t need a $9000 job.

We just had our artificial turf installed today and we could not be happier! The Smart Lawn was very informative and professional during their estimate and had far better quality turf than the other local companies we met with. It was a no brainer to choose them. As for the installation, they took only two days and it looks phenomenal- they even used their tools to tidy up our front yard after it rained once they were finished. We highly recommended them!

We had this company put a 18x14 concrete pad in our backyard for basketball. The customer service, the price, the professionalism, and the quality of work were all exceptional! I highly recommend them! Their responsiveness was also exceptional and without delay.

Do not hire them!! Maria will steal your money and not honor the warranty. My grass is not even fully installed and she will claim she is sick. Been saying the same thing for months. Find someone else and save your money.

Update: This is the same company as The Smart Lawn. Do not trust Maria and her warranty, she will just change the name of the business and block your calls. She never finished my yard after promising she would. She is not someone you should trust with your yard. There are better more honest companies out there.

The hardest working crew that was respectful and kind. They did beautiful work. Id hire them again.

I called to get a tutorial of my sprinkler system. Ruben Saenz showed up and showed me how to setup and use my sprinkler system. He also inspected each sprinkler head and quickly repaired the broken sprinkler heads and even a damaged hose. I highly recommend this company. Great people and excellent service!

Highly recommend!! Called up Complete Lawn Care for a quote to trim palm trees and other lawn care needs. They answered and came the next day for a quote. Was able to do the work the very next day and did an excellent job!! They were professional, fast and efficient! Will def use again for any lawn care needs I might have.

They replant the grass for my whole yard. Everything was done timely. They a huge team and the required tools for the job. Excellent advice about additional plants. My yard changed completely.

After a few days we had a small inconvenience with the sprinklers. And they responded fast to resolve it.
