By far, this is the best company I have used. They responded to my inquiry and scheduled service quickly for a giant mulberry tree removal. They were on time as scheduled. They worked efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Their pricing was reasonable. They also went through with extra clean up on our roof when they saw it needed attention from too many pine needles. They completed all work in a reasonable amount of time without needing to come back for another day. I definitely would use them again.

Fabulous job! Trimmed the tree, bushes and wall vines. I don't have a before pic but trust me, bushes and vines were all over the place. They were professional and they are trustworthy. Although I wasn't there, they still maintained high standards. Thank you!

Anyone who owns a home knows how much work it takes. Sprinkler problems, gardening, everything related to the house. Finding a good worker can be difficult. Sometimes, even when you find someone willing to do the work, some people prefer not to be home. When you come home and see their work, almost all of them seem sloppy and, if you point out a mistake, they'll come back and redo it right away. This can get tiresome and cost you money. So, I do the gardening myself, but today I'm looking for someone who's willing to do the work to my satisfaction. I've seen someone who's very neat and responsible about cleaning up after themselves. If that's the kind of person you're looking for, I can confidently recommend him. His name is Mr. George.

Technician George was communicative, professional and explained needed services making honest, strait forward recommendations. He quickly and efficiently remedied all issues then reviewed his work with me during a 2nd walk around. WELL DONE George! I think we have found out our outdoor lawn maintenance services! Recently moved into a house with a long-ignored yard. There were thousands of stickers, tons of weeds, and a palo verde tree that had not been trimmed in ages. The yard was not useable. Complete Lawn Care came, cleared out everything and gave us a good blank canvas to work with. They were very quick with their responses, professional, punctual, and did what they said they were going to do, all while offering great customer service and a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

After Ralph admitted his crew damaged multiple lines/heads on my existing water irrigation with weed/bush whackers, he blamed the issue on me since I requested the bushes to be trimmed more. He then wanted to charge me more to fix the problem that he created. His crew’s negligence and incompetence is astonishing and to take no accountability is mind blowing.

Ralph and his company have provided absolutely terrible customer service and he is extremely overpriced for the quality of work. There are plenty of lawn service companies with better customer service and reputation in El Paso.
