A huge thank you to Complete Lawn Care. They trimmed, shaped and cleaned up everything so perfectly it looked like a new yard. The owner gave them detailed instructions and the team doing the work were very friendly and very professional. They went right to work and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Been using Complete Lawn Care for about 6 months now. They maintain my mother’s back and front yards and with all these El Paso winds lately they keep my backyard clean.
Luis Alonso and Jesus are the two so far the technicians I have had the pleasure of having complete the services at both locations.
They are efficient, professional and make recommendations of how to keep the yards looking their best. My mother had trees in her backyard that have taken a beaten over the last couple of years. Complete Lawn Care came in during dormant season trimmed all the trees and bushes back, treated them with nutrition and I’m happy to report trees and bushes are sprouting healthy new growth. It was an accidental find but I sure am glad and appreciative Complete Lawn Care is responsible for the care maintenance of my two homes. Their pricing is very reasonable considering it is usually a 1 man team and they are usually done within a couple of hours depending on how much you need for them to do. I would highly recommended Complete Lawn Care. Given them a shot, you might just be pleasantly surprised.

I recently hired Complete Lawn Care for a major yard clean-up project, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. My property had become overgrown and cluttered after months of neglect, and I wasn’t sure where to start. From the moment I contacted Complete Lawn Care, their professionalism and responsiveness stood out. They scheduled a consultation quickly, arrived on time, and provided a clear, fair estimate for the work.
The man who came showed up exactly when promised and got right to work. It was a large job (12hour project) —removing thick brush, trimming trees and hedges, clearing out flower beds, and hauling away a significant amount of debris. Despite the scale of the project, they worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. They didn’t just do the basics—they went the extra mile to make sure everything looked polished and well-maintained.
What really impressed me was their care and respect for the property. They protected existing plants and removed the dead ones, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. The transformation was incredible—it honestly looks like a completely different yard now, and I am ready for irrigation this next week.

Unethical unprofessional company. Absolutely could not be trusted. Never ever call this company if you want to avoid problems. You have better options out there. Avoid this one.

In hindsight, there was really no reason to call this company. But plenty of reasons not to.

I want to share my story. So you can avoid the same mistake I made.
I did not read the negative reviews. I should have.

I called this company to clean my backyard, side of the house and front yard from the weeds that have grown due to the recent rains.

They told me they charged an hourly rate. I agreed.. This was a Big mistake.. I wish I Never Called Them.

I realized later that there are plenty of lawn cleaning companies out there who charge a set price. I REPEAT- DO NOT AGREE TO PAY AN HOURLY RATE.
If you agree, the power dynamics are really skewed to their advantage. And this is not a good company to deal with.

They certainly took their time cleaning my yard. I had other cleaning companies before and it only took them 2 to 3 hours to clean. This one took 7 and a half hours!

Next, they charge you for hauling the debris that they cleaned. They will determine whether their truck is half filled or fully filled, and will charge you accordingly. This is the first time I heard of a company that charges the customer for something that is supposed to be part of their service - cleaning up after themselves. They charged me $80 for this.

Total bill for the service with tax was $860.59 for a 445 square feet backyard. No trees were felled. They did not clean out a forest. Just weeds.

So guys, do not make the same mistake as I did. NO ONE CALL THIS COMPANY!

PS. They broke one of the glass doors leading to our backyard. I thought they took so long to clean my backyard because they were being careful. Of course they were not careful at all!

I asked them to pay for the glass door. The glass company estimated it at $1,177.50

They did not want to pay the glass company and instead made an excuse that the glass company “did not allow them to pay for my invoice”. I verified with the glass company and the glass company denied that. It was not true.

Complete lawn care wanted to pay me $316.91 ($1177.50 – $860.59) instead for the glass door. I ended up agreeing to this because I wanted to have an ending to this transaction, which is not being handled well by the aggravating party, and I did not want to deal with them anymore. It has been a nightmare dealing with these people, to say the least.

Another side note, they also broke another glass door that was laying on the patio (it is a wooden door with a glass inlay) - we were keeping it to replace one of our doors inside the house. It is now gone.. cannot be used anymore. I did not ask them to pay for that anymore. Because the time and effort from the back and forth from this company is certainly going to be horrible. We just said goodbye to it.

Also, when I initially asked them to pay for the backyard glass door. They asked me if I could “help” them pay for my own repairs. They actually wanted me to pay for the damage they caused. I do not know who they are trying to deceive. Themselves or the customer or maybe both. It is just totally absurd.

I feel like this entire transaction was a pleasant experience! I recently asked Saenz & Co. of "Complete Lawn Care" to trim two bushes that were out of control. Their response was within minutes. Communication was excellent! The landscaper was very precise and took a lot of pride in doing a great job. He cleaned up all the trimmings and actually left the grounds looking better than they were before he arrived. The price was reasonable and well worth the value for the work provided. I will be asking for more help in the future with other yard projects. I definitely recommend this company.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Saenz and his son Ruben for the upkeep of my yard. Mr. Saenz, Ruben, and the rest of the crew are efficient and great at what they do.
I have had to go through the trouble of hiring several bad individuals and/or "businesses" in EP in the past. Wish I had run into Complete Lawn Care sooner.
CLC landscapers are kind, professional and take pride in their work. I had them scheduled to come out every two weeks and they would help clean my yard for a couple hours each time. I personally liked the red post-visit card they'd leave on my front door knob.
They take the time to hear what you want/need done, their rates are reasonable, they are communicative, responsive, use convenient payment methods, and my yard always looked great afterward!
If I ever had any concerns (like an overlooked task on one occasion), they were quickly resolved without hesitation by Ruben. I recall a different service visit where I had to leave for an appointment, but sent Ruben pictures via text of the areas that needed attention and he was on it. Just reach out to Ruben and know that he will personally make sure it is taken care of.
I am unfortunately leaving the area, but wish I could bring their company and outstanding work ethic with me! My experience with them was outstanding and I would not hesitate to recommend or use them (if I'm back) in the future.

These guys are true professionals. They get the job done quick and well. I use them every 2 weeks to keep the yard well maintained and looking fresh. Recommended.

I had an open house last minute, and these amazing gentleman came with only three days notice and did such an amazing job. Most homes in El Paso have turf in the back yard and the front is rocks. They weeded the front yard and cleaned the turf (it smells so good). They pressure washed my porches and the open house went so well. Thank you for being so professional and quick.

Ruben and Eduardo did a terrific job on my oleanders!! I like the oleander near my "trash can walkway" to be cut back in order not to bump into it. I'm really happy with their work at an affordable price!! They are a family owned business and very personable.
