I have been using DoctorBins for several years now and each time they do a wonderful job. Recently, because of the holiday schedule changes, they contacted me to schedule an appointment outside of my normal trash pickup and offered to empty the recycle bin as a bonus. Amazing customer service and top-notch employees~!

We saw Richie cleaning bins down the street, so we asked him about pricing, etc. He explained everything & we even spoke with his boss to set up service. He was able to clean our bins right then & it's amazing how clean they are. They had grease & dirt & had not been cleaned in years, but now they look & smell like new bins. We appreciate the senior discount & were so impressed that we signed up to have them cleaned every other month. DoctorBins provides excellent service & we could not believe how hard Richie worked to clean the bins. We're very impressed with this veteran-owned operation!

Dr Bins gives you great service. Not only do they leave the trash bins very clean and smelling good, the customer service is great. Communication is excellent. Love that they send reminders on upcoming appointments and on the day off, you also get a text letting you know how long it will be before they get to your house. Very punctual. I definitely recommend Dr Bins.

Super quick to respond and provided a next day service. I have a dog that had left some pretty bad stains on the rug and Exsavier completely removed them leaving the rug looking like new and got rid of the per odor completely. Highly recommend! Will be booking sofa cleaning soon.
