I called them to come out to my house, and they agreed to come the next day between 4:30 and 5. 6 o'clock rolled around so I called. he apologized and said he wasn't going to make it because he was still on the west side. ( It was frustrating but okay things happen although he should have called me.) So we rescheduled for the next day at three. I got a call he was on the way, but he never showed up. So unprofessional and rude... Would never call them again.

Great service, always with a smile! They are quick to help and I never have bug issues when we call J&M, they always take care of any problems.

J&M pest control did pigeon remediation at my house. I was concerned as the pigeons came back same day but Jaime assured me that it was normal and they would soon stop coming. Sure enough one week later pigeon free. Thanks for your help.

J&M Pest Control did a phenomenal job of getting rid of our ant problem. We had tried every store products with no success. Robert took the time to visually check around all our house for possible ant hills and made sure to not only spray all our house but also left behind small little granules that the ants instantly picked up and took to the queen, within a few days all bugs and ants were completely eliminated from our house. I can't thank Robert and J&M enough for all the hard work he put in to solve our ant problem. Thank you!

I telephoned J&M to ask for their help with termites. Even though they are not licensed in New Mexico, the owner was very interested in my problem and agreed to look for someone he can recommend who is licensed in New Mexico. I appreciated Jaime's time and interest and hope that J&M Pest Control Co. becomes available to southern New Mexicans soon. The owner is very personable and dedicated to customer service. It is not surprising that his business has a five star rating.
