Our house was infested with black widows to the point that they were starting to come inside. I called J&M and they came the next day and sprayed inside and out. Right away we started to see dead insect and spiders. Robert was very professional in explaining everything. We haven’t had any issues since.

With all the recent rain,we had a moth infestation they came out of nowhere and we're everywhere! Robert was very professional addressed my concerns and explained the process. He was very thorough, Precise, and Efficient. Definitely recommend J&M Pest Control.

Woman on the phone was rude. Sarcastically asked if I'm looking for pest control, no lady I'm looking for a pizza. Acted as if she's doing me a favor. There's too many good companies out there so her rudeness did help narrow it down. Being that's the first interaction with the company, she needs to be more inviting. It's a shame because they could be the best company ever but I'll never know

I highly recommend J&M pest control. Robert & Jaime were very informative, friendly & professional. They came out within two hours of speaking with them. They helped me get rid of an ant problem that would be pet friendly. They offered a great deal with sanitizing & exterminating the house. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone’s home! All the bug problems we had went away pretty much instantly and the repellent effect lasted for quite a long time. Also the substance they use is safe for inside our home too so it’s perfect since we have a baby and pets. So satisfied with this service overall. We’ll be using their services for years to come and highly suggest others to do so as well!

Robert was very professional and very knowledgeable. He sprayed our home and gave us tips to help keep bugs away. He checked up on us after a few weeks and even came back after we had some ants show up. He checked on us again after a few months and we have scheduled for him to come back. We will definitely be using him on a regular basis due to how great his services are, his attention to detail, and his customer relations.

Highly recommend J&M Pest Control, they have been out to my house a couple of times already, and rodents do not appear for about a year.They are very fast responding, flexible with schedules. Robert did an excellent job at the house, sprayed in and outside my home explaining everything that was being done. I am highly satisfied with the work done by them.

Service is prompt and great quality as well. Quick results that of course made me a happy client. I’ve used J&M several times and recently called them again because I’d bought a used cabinet that I realized the second I got home had countless tiny roaches hidden in its crevices. Robert at J&M responded quickly to my service call and the tiny roaches never made it anywhere near my house.

Jaime was great!!! He went thoroughly through the house making sure everything was covered. He also offered a great deal in sanitizing our home on top of the extermination service. Jaime Martinez, J & M Pest Control, was knowledgeable in handling my pigeon issue on home’s roof. He was professional and methodical in cleaning and sanitizing the roof before installing chicken wire and spikes in all the appropriate areas. This was an all day process and still he was able to spray, inside and outside, my house for domestic pests. Mr. Martinez is a true professional and I strongly recommend his services.
