Thanks to the good reviews, I requested Maggie's cleaning service to help us also. She's dependable and did a good job. We were happy with her cleaning service and would definitely recommend her.

Great service with sincerity. Maggie and her crew show their best efforts the minute they greet you with a smile and start working. They are quick and thorough. Every corner was scrubbed clean. The team that came to clean my place were top notch! Due to unforeseen circumstances, I did not have the house as ready as I wanted it to be when they arrived. Denise and her team worked with me to clean around the items I still needed to pack and made the house look better than I've ever seen it (that includes when I moved in). I will definitely consider a recurring service at my next location based on this experience.

Also, the booking team was very friendly and maintained excellent communication leading up to and throughout the cleaning. Best move out cleaning experience I've had out of seven relocations.

The crew did an incredible job on a top to bottom move out deep clean of a house that really had been sorely neglected for several years. The whole house, especially the bathrooms and ALL appliances looked like new. My sincere thanks and appreciation. Would absolutely, if the need arises, use their services again.

The ladies did a great job cleaning but the owner’s attitude was terrible! He called me asking for payment the minute the ladies arrived. I told him I was not paying anything until they were done cleaning. He proceeded to argue with me telling me that people have not paid him in the past. I told him I was not those people and that he should not categorize me with those other people. He kept talking over me while I was trying to talk. I ended up sending half of the total and paid the rest when they were done.
Update After Owners Response - Number one, I was not rude to the ladies. In fact, I showed them around our house and that’s the extent of our conversation. I was in my office the entire time they were here. My wife was in the house with them and they barely spoke. Now you’re fabricating fake interactions to make yourself look innocent on this review. You called me begging to change my review and you even apologized for YOUR behavior towards me. I was really going to change my review on you but because you chose to lie about being rude to the ladies and disrespecting you on our phone call, my review stands and will not change. You should be ashamed of yourself for lying, my wife and god are my witness. Bring the ladies back and have a conversation face to face with me and I guarantee you they will have nothing bad to say.

This crew of Dennise, Vivian and Leslie did a terrific job! Everything was done in a timely manner and exactly as I wanted it done. The schedulers were very professional and easy to work with. The pricing was very reasonable. The whole process was very simple. I would definitely recommend using this company!

Denisse was assigned to clean our newly purchased home. She did an amazing job in getting our house clean and ready for our move-in. She was absolutely lovely and personable to work with and went the extra mile to make sure our home was spotless. Denisse is also bilingual speaking perfectly in both English and Spanish. We highly recommend Top Tier Home Cleaning and Denisse to clean your home!

The ladies had a huge task in front of them as the home had not been cleaned in quite a while. They worked all day long and did a great job!

I’m so glad I gave Top Teir a chance! Lucy did a fantastic job and worked hard to meet my expectations. We have a large house but she was cheerful and asked me my opinion several times. I was surprised by how fast she worked without sacrificing quality!

They did our move-out cleaning early July and did an amazing job. They were there all day, like 8 hours, and everything was perfect. I’m not great at cleaning myself, so they a fair amount of scrubbing, dusting, mopping, etc to do. Absolutely worth every penny. Would recommend if you need a deep move out clean.
