I was scheduling a move-out cleaning of our carpets and initally had a different company scheduled, for some reason they never showed and never responded to our attempts at contact.

Thats where Top Tier came in, we were turning in our keys on 31AUG and its was 29AUG when we contacted them for help. They helped us out so much by understanding our situation and fitting us in to do a complete carpet clean on three bedrooms with closests.

I wish I had the before pictures to show you the difference but the photos of the results will still drive my point of if you need a quick cleaning and someone to care about the outcome then just pick Top Tier.

Best cleaning company in El Paso. Called multiple other cleaning companies and they didn’t answer their phones. Top Tier answered right away and got us scheduled for the next week. They even gave us a discount since it was our first time using them. Highly recommend!

I have used this service twice now and have been so pleased with the level of quality and reliability. I have large homes and they are not easy to tackle, but the staff always come prepared, are friendly and thorough. I will always go back to Top Tier if I need a cleaning because I know I can trust the work. Pricing is also very fair for the level of cleaning needed and I appreciate that they offer flexible options and schedules that help me both budget and work around my crazy life!

Hired the crew at Top Tier after a huge plumbing, paint and restoration job. The crew of two friendly and cheerful cleaners showed up timely and had my shutters and ceiling fans dust free and fresh in no time, well, 5 or so hours actually, I have 14 foot ceilings! It was a BIG job! I asked for these add ons on top of the normal dusting, vacuuming and moping tasks. It was super easy to schedule, excellent communication and speedy follow up. I will call them again, no question.

Excellent service. They were able to schedule really quickly. The ladies that cleaned my home wiped down every surface in my home, my home was sparkling after they left! They were quick and made sure I was happy with everything that was cleaned before the left.

EDIT: The owner reached out to me to discuss the review and it was apparent this man cares deeply about his business and the service he facilitates. He offered to send a crew out to the residence to redo everything but as I no longer live in EP that wasn't a possibility. He immediately offered a refund of $150 which I believe is a satisfactory price reflection of original services provided. Below is the original review for posterity before communicating with the owner.

Bottom line up front: the Move Out cleaning service passed my rental company’s inspection but it was definitely not worth the price or what you would expect at that price point.

Good: Dusting all the weird places and Floorboards- excellent job here, only one doorframe was missed that I could find. Toilets, sinks, and bathtubs were cleaned well. I was also very impressed with the spot cleaning on the walls. She found em all!

Weird: To preface this, I’ve never hired a cleaning service so if the following is “normal” then please ignore it. A pregnant lady with her teenage child showed up in their personal vehicle and started unpacking common household cleaning supplies. I guess I was expecting a van with a company logo and maybe more “industrial style” cleaning tools and not a $10 mop and bucket from Walmart.

Bad: The floors were absolutely not vacuumed before they were mopped. After they left I had to go around and pick up all the wet clumps of dust/hair/fiber that you get when you don’t vacuum before mopping. To be fair, I don’t even know if she had a vacuum because the house was all hardwood with no carpet. The mop water was not changed much, if at all throughout the cleaning so it was just dirty water streaks back and forth through the house and rooms. All mirrors were streaked as well.

I understand that lady was busting her ass and I have mad respect for what she does, especially while pregnant… but for $500 plus a tip that you have to put on the front end before the service is even booked I would expect more “cleaning company” and not “Facebook marketplace service”

I highly recommend this company. They are reliable and excellent at communicating. The ladies that came to my house did an amazing job. They cleaned and organized areas I did not even think of asking them to clean. They really went above and beyond. They were also very kind and I felt super comfortable with them in my home. I’m military and have done a few moves in El Paso. I’ve used Top Tier Home Cleaning multiple times for apartment move-out cleanings, and they have been absolutely amazing every time. They are very professional, respectful, and reasonably priced. Their cleaning is extremely thorough—I’ve never once owed my apartment anything after moving out.
A huge bonus is their flexibility and fast response time through text messages. They’re great at working with you on scheduling, handling time changes, and sending reminders for upcoming appointments, which makes the whole process stress-free. I’m honestly sad they won’t be in the new city I’m moving to, but I truly hope I get the chance to work with them again one day. Highly recommend!
