My name is Vanessa. Michael did an excellent job in cleaning my carpets and was very attentive to my concerns. He arrived on time and explained to me everything he was going to do. My carpet looks so much better and I will call them again and request Michael whenever I need my carpet cleaned. I highly recommend this company.

Had Michael come do our carpets today and he did an incredible job!!! Not only are the carpets cleaned, but I’m very impressed with the service! From the moment I called to make the appointment, to having Michael come and take the time to walk me through the process and share with me how harsh chemicals can damage carpeting.

Manny was the tech that came out for my appointment. He was very professional and did a great job with the carpets. Three years of abuse from kids and dogs were handled with ease. The company handled a last minute appointment change with grace as well. I highly recommend Steamway's services if you need carpet cleaning.

We had Steam Way come out twice to our house because they were so detailed and professional. Very great quality and professionalism and very kind as well. We had Steam Way come out and correctly clean our ducts and vents after using One Legacy Construction where One Legacy did not at all care or do the cleaning correctly, Steam Way not only had the right equipment but they cared for the quality of work they provided and did it right the first time. Second tike around we had them clean our couch which was also great quality and same professionalism. I highly recommend Steam Way for their prices and quality of work. They have a team member named Michael who worked hard and represented the company very well both times. Thank you.

I was originally going to go with another company, but I’m so glad I didn’t! The technician who came over to clean our carpets was MICHAEL, and he was incredibly friendly and quick/efficient. My carpets look better than ever! My dog had an accident in the room and I was so scared there would be staining, but the enzyme cleaner that Michael used worked wonders. Everyone who I spoke to from Steamway was kind and professional. No doubt about it: Promote Michael to manager! GREAT SERVICE! 😊

He was a very polite young man and answered all my questions I had. He really seemed to take his time and be extremely detailed with the edges and going around my bigger pieces of furniture. Punctual, honest, very friendly and helpful! Affordable and accommodating, he really does a great job. My dog was peeing all over my carpet and he put an enzyme that got rid of the urine smell instantly. Left my home smelling brand new. Will definitely be using him again.
