Steam wizard did a miracle with my carpets and vents cleaning. I never thought an old house like this one would the carpets be brought back to life like this. I recently had the pleasure of working with Ramses from Steam Wizard, and I could not be more impressed with the service. From the moment he arrived, he carried himself with professionalism, respect, and a genuine commitment to doing the job right. As a credit customer, I truly appreciated how smooth and easy the entire process was. Ramses explained everything clearly and made sure I understood each step before beginning the cleaning.

When it came to cleaning my furniture, Ramses exceeded every expectation. My couches had definitely seen better days, and I was honestly unsure how much improvement was even possible. But Ramses worked with extreme detail, patience, and skill—lifting stains, removing odors, and restoring the color like they were brand new. This company was amazing in helping me out especially Carlos he showed me the before and after and got every detail even helped me move my things out of the way and I originally had ordered the service due to my pets having accidents throughout the house and he was able to show me with the black light the previous stains and explained the process to me and even after pulled out the black light to show me that it was all gone he did a great job and it went by fast

Cesar & Oscar came to do the carpet cleaning in the rental that we were leaving and were great and courteous. They were through in explaining the process they used and paid attention to details like brushing for hair and getting the baseboards clean as well. They even let us choose the scent for the carpets. Great job all around!

Chris came and did an exceptional job restoring my sectional couch. He was very professional and left my 10 yr old couch looking brand new. They don’t mention or advertise Military/Veteran discounts but I asked and he honored it. Overall very happy and I’d recommend them and I would hire them again.

My daughter gave me the best Christmas present ever. She had my living room set steamed. I have 3 chihuahuas who lay on them and sometimes even naw their bones on them Tomas did an amazing job. 100% better than Stanley steamer, who left my house smelling like mildew. I will certainly use them again.

Ramses cleaned our sectional couch when our cat used the bathroom on it and it came out SO CLEAN! it smells great, service was fast and Ramses was friendly and provided excellent service! Will definitely use Steam Wizard in the future and I highly recommend them!

Cesar arrived well before the scheduled appointment. Once here, he quickly set up his equipment and brought work blankets for the surrounding area. First he applied a solution and gave everything a light hand brush. Gave a few areas a little extra attention. He then steam cleaned 2 recliners and a 3 cushion couch. He cleaned every last inch of these 3 pieces in an extremely organized fashion - I mean every nook and cranny!! They look brand new again.

Afterwards, per my query, Cesar spent some time showing me how effective a good grout cleaning would look. I'll be requesting a good grout cleaning soon!

Cesar was super polite and informative and had solid answers for all of my numerous questions. What a great representative for this company!

I am in complete disbelief with how great of a cleaning was done on my white couches today. Having my couches look this clean again, is such a refresher. Ramses was very detail oriented and took his time. Great customer service also!! He did such an amazing job. Only steam cleaning company I will continue to hire, super reliable and punctual. He did such an amazing job removing huge red stains on my couches! I’m still so shocked! This company is legit.
