I came home from college to still see the devastation Xpress Carpet cleaning left in my families home. This all due to the manager Victor who chose to let dirty water sit in the house 24 hours. The lazy, complacent manager, had opportunity to fix the issue and chose to disreguard and disrespect the customer. We are in the process of seeking compensation for this poor and costly customer service. DO NOT QATE YOUR MONEY .. DISREGUARD THE PRUCE AND CALL STANLEY CLEANERS.

UPDATE: Just because it wasn't under my name doesn't mean I did not schedule. It was scheduled under Cynthia Talamantes, during Memorial Day Weekend. How often do you tell potential customers you're not able to find your driver or gps in your trucks. I did schedule and the situation I explained below did happen.

No call no show.
I had an appointment and after waiting 38 minutes, I called Xpress Cleaning Services the owner wasn't aware his employee was running late. He mentioned he would call me back and he didn't, I called him back a 2nd time 45 minutes later and he stated they could find the employee and the GPS on the truck wasn't working. The owner then asked if we could reschedule and I mentioned to him I moved out all the furniture in two rooms and its a holiday weekend and I couldn't. It seemed like the owner didn't make any effort to fix the situation that to begin with was not my fault. I had to call numerous company's until I found another company to come out the same day, thank goodness for ***** Professional Carpet Cleaning *****

We had a very pleasant experience with the carpet cleaning service and upholstery cleaning provided by xpress cleaning. We have tried many other carpet cleaning services in the past and no one tops the quality and professionalism provided by Xpress cleaning.

We had a great experience using Xpress when we returned to El Paso after a 6 year absence. We rented out our house over those years and before my family moved in I wanted to make sure the entire house was clean and sanitized. Alberto and his team did the most through cleaning I've ever seen and the walk through afterwards with Alberto demonstrated that customer satisfaction is their top priority. They’re all very nice, from the receptionist, to the gentleman that came by and the owner. Very respectful and professional which I truly appreciated. During this time in a middle of a pandemic they came to put peace in my life. They disinfected my house after sars-covid quarantine. Thank you so much!
