Clean Swipe of EP was the best choice I made to deep clean my home to prepare for new tenants. They were also able to have my stove and refrigerator looking like new.

I am very pleased with the deep cleaning service of my new home. This company provides attention to detail that is unmatched. I will be following up for regular scheduled cleanings.

I hired this company for a move in clean, they were supposed to clean the base boards and sweep and mop the floors due to them being dusty from the renovations on the house. Upon inspection it looked like nothing was done, the house just smelled like cleaning products were just sprayed. Floors looked untouched and as if nothing was done, base boards just looked like they got a wipe down nothing really scrubbed. Very poor quality service.

I wish I could rate zero stars. Over heard them on mics in my disabled mothers home and watched them on the nanny cam discriminating against my disabled mothers home that she cannot clean by herself, because she’s obviously disabled. They were PAID TO CLEAN. ITS A PAID SERVICE. Showed up late, DOING THEIR JOB ISNT A FAVOR. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME USING THIS SERVICE IF YOU WANT YOUR STUFF CLEANED RIGHT. And not be judged. I also heard them making fun of my children’s photos on the wall in MY MOTHERS HOUSE. So unprofessional I'm very disgusted and disappointed. Next time I’ll do my research into PROFESSIONAL cleaning companies. We need HELP not the opinions of unprofessional and incompetent employees that judge and don’t even do it right. Definitely reporting them too.

We hired them to assist with an office cleaning for 3 floor, 15 unit space in a very busy location. They did an immaculate job cleaning every inch with great detail. They were very punctual, professional, and had great communication. Highly recommend this business to anyone looking for the best service around!

The cleaning was good overall and the individual worked fast and hard. It took more time than they said it would take, and I am not surprised; the amount of time quoted was just not enough for the work required. The person was responsive to requests and specific ways that I wanted things done and accommodating to my needs. One significant miss was that none of my trash or garbage cans got emptied, and it took me 30 minutes after the cleaning person left to go through the house and take care of it myself. I went back to the website of the cleaning company and verified that this indeed should have been included in the basic cleaning. This is why my rating was not higher.

I will not hire this company again. I was scheduled for 9:30 & called my contact at 10:00 when no one had arrived. He said he had left a message the cleaners were going to be late...not true..no call was ever received & certainly no message was left. He said they were 16 minutes away....they arrived 30 minutes later at 10:30. The laminate flooring in my entry was the last thing cleaned & they left muddy footprints from my plumber that had been there two days previously. The top sheet on the bed was put on backwards (bottom of sheet toward the top). Reversed the electric blanket when putting back on making controls operate opposite side. Did not move two small benches (stools) when cleaning foyer floor. Outside of toilet bowl was not cleaned. Much to expensive for the quality of work performed

New to EP and I reached out to several companies with no response. Clean Swipe answered when I called and was extremely helpful. Two employees arrived and were so awesome. They were kind, friendly and efficient. I hired Clean Swipe permanently. With my schedule and the move, this is just what I needed. Claudia and Ty are amazing and i look forward to having them in my home bi-weekly.
Cleaning - amazing. The house was extremely clean, detailed and left fresh. If i could give more than 5 stars I would.

I rented out my house to a family and the husband ran a taxidermy shop out of my garage. The floors were stained with animal blood and it reeked of death, meanwhile the wife was an avid baker and never cleaned the oven. I hired Clean Swipe to come help me with these overwhelming issues as I turned over the house. Kevin came on time, with the proper equipment, and was extremely professional. Both the garage and the oven were left spotless! I was extremely satisfied with results. My only regret was not hiring them to do the rest of the house including carpet cleaning. I will most definitely be using them again in the future!

It pains me to write this review as I’ve been with this cleaning service for years and I very much like one of the owners, Ashley. She has always been responsive and helped to correct anything that might have gone wrong in the past. However, when she moved out of the country, the issues increased exponentially in all manners and the company is just pretty much completely unresponsive.

I’m pretty laid back about things, but I do value my schedule as I have 2 careers and run a couple households as well. My time is definitely my most valuable asset. In the last 5 months every single cleaning has had an issue…from last minute switches in cleaners, to no shows and reschedules only AFTER I’ve reached out (once I was charged when their cleaner hadn’t even showed up - and they were completely unaware - of course, I didn’t pay that bill), to extremely late appts - over an hour. I’m even on their “recurring clients” list for my monthly cleaning and it doesn’t make a difference at all. When they have showed up, they’ve not known where my unit is at all, and in some cases if they DID know, they didn’t have my information to come in and instead of going to my front door to ring my bell (one of the regular cleaners would park out back in front of my garage) would sit outside my townhouse and YELL MY NAME at 8:30am out back. In a complete full of people.

When I had scheduling issues, I was given the new manager’s name. But when I reached out to her, she was laid up and wasn’t aware her number was even being given out. She passed on my info to someone else that was supposed to be running the office, but I never heard back and had to reach back out to the owner…in another country, in order to get helped.

The last straw to this was 2 days ago. No show on the cleaner. Emailed the office and the owner. Not even an email back…and then a follow up “blast email” of “how did we do? Please leave us a review”. So bummed, but I guess it’s time to look for another cleaning service. And I suppose the bottom line…hire at your own risk.

Just wanted to give a huge praise to Darcy. She came into a home that had experienced months of neglect due to my grandmother having Parkinson’s, and worked a miracle. This home was far from okay and she brought the glimmer back into the household. She was kind, very personable, speedy, and beyond efficient. She was also very respectful and considerate despite how badly the homes condition was in. We were very thankful for her help. Highly recommend.

UPDATE: Contacted the owner and most of our stuff was returned. One of the items they took had our names and address, a cutting board, gifted to us by a friend when we moved in….wow

I went with the deep clean that included baseboards, doors and windows. The doors and baseboards where the same. The fridge and oven still had stains that I was able to remove with my finger. The cabinets were not completely clean and some of our brand-new stuff was missing!
The house has been empty since we were moving in but now we have several stuff like soaps and planters (all brand-new) missing. Spend 400+ on this service and I can take not being up to par with what was expected, them doing half the work only but missing items? That’s too much. I had left two starts originally because they got the toilets clean and were willing to take the L for the service. But now it’s too much.

Deep cleaning is not what you would expect for the price you pay. Description states wiping and dusting of door but reality they only wipe the top of door after I complained about it not being done. Mistakes are bound to happen I am understanding to a point. They did offer to come back and do it another time but all ready cleaned it myself and just don’t need to deal with the hassle. Positive they were on time and they are quite responsive.

Arlette recently cleaned my large home (which includes three big dogs!), and she left everything absolutely spotless—from the ceiling fans all the way down to the baseboards. Her attention to detail is incredible.

As someone living with multiple sclerosis, the monthly help I receive from Clean Swipe is truly invaluable. They arrive every four weeks like clockwork and always send a helpful reminder beforehand, which I really appreciate. I scheduled a deep cleaning with clean sweep El Paso on November 2. I like to get deep cleaning once every few months to ensure the low ( base boards) and high ( ceiling fans, shelves, and windows) areas are dust free. I was very explicit as to what I was looking for and was assured the tasks would be completed. When I arrived home the first thing I noticed was the cushions on the sofa were not touched, visually my house did not look clean. I then proceed to check the baseboards and window seals finding dust on baseboard ceiling fans and high window ledges. There was hair that does not belong to me or anyone in my family on the floor, soap scum left in both bathrooms, and food on the back splash in the kitchen. I instantly reached to the company explaining my dissatisfaction and emailing them phots. They responded with a $25.00 refund but not even 25% of the cleaning services I was promised was completed. I do not recommend this company because of quality of work and lack of respect for clients. For reference I was charged $361.90 for this.

I hired this company to clean one of my Airbnbs in Horizon. Unfortunately, the service provided was horrible. I called in to get a quote and they dispatched Ashley to service the property. The Airbnb was ready with the exception of the cleaning needed. Ashley wasn't expected to make beds, wash sheets nor towels or wash dirty dishes. I had enough trust in Ashley to leave her alone to complete the tasks. The next day, I came back to inspect the work, and noticed that Ashley had done a poor job at cleaning the floors. This was extremely upsetting as this was the majority of job that she was hired to to do.

Hired to clean 3 bedroom carpets for a recently purchased home... they did a decent cleaning... hired them also to do "full home cleaning" before moving into home... the crew did a terrible job with the few areas they did clean... but they also spilled a bucket of dirty water that spilled onto one of the recently cleaned carpets... the crew said nothing and did nothing to clean or even dry the recently cleaned carpet... it wasn't until days later when the bad smell and stepping on a soaked carpet was discovered... they returned to rewash the carpet... it didn't help with the smell... that carpet needs to be replaced... I have only asked that the "full home cleaning" payment be refunded but have not received a response... even after it was acknowledged that their crew spilled the water and even recleaned the carpet, they still will not offer a refund... I should be also requesting they replace that carpet but refunding just the cleaning fee is not possible...
I would recommend you take business to another cleaner than waste your time and money with a business than refuses to make amends with a poorly done job...
