Roger's Heating & Air Conditioning (also known as Roger's Roofing Sheet Metal Products) is a third-generation locally owned family owned business, operating as a heating and air conditioning contractor serving homeowners and businesses in El Paso, Texas and the surrounding communities. Rogelio "Roger" Betancourt founded our business in 1987 and has worked very hard over the last 30 years to provide quality service to his customers. Today, Roger and his daughter, Lettie Betancourt, co-own the business and operate it with the help of family and a group of dedicated employees.

I called multiple times to schedule an estimate. On several of the occasions my call was directed to voicemail. When I finally did receive a call back, they scheduled an estimate appointment but failed to show up at the appointed time. When I called the company representative was apologetic and informed me that they were too busy and didn’t have sufficient people to get to me. She gave me a two month wait estimate.
In fairness, I can’t provide a review of their product. I can tell you that they apparently have a surfeit of business and have insufficient staff to provide service in a reasonable timeframe.
