My experience working with Think roof was great! It's hard to find contractors that you can trust in and they're definitely one of them. Very happy with the work they did. Artificial turf, rock wall, concrete, and an outdoor bar. All turned out better than expected. The crew was professional and easy to work with. My backyard looks completely transformed.

Brian Montgomery is fabulous! He came out and fixed the wiring on my sprinkler system. My sprinkler system had been initially wired wrong and I was having to do it manually. He set up the timer for the system for me and gave me new wire. And if that wasn't enough, he fixed my backyard faucet too! He told me he has 30 years of experience. I highly recommend this company. You will be happy you chose them!

Its disappointing that the service we were quoted on was not performed.
It seemed like a good company with all the good reviews.
What this company needs is to communicate better with your pending customers.
It took months to get something from them but I had to make all the calls.
If you were too busy to take the job that was quoted on make sure you follow up with the customer instead of making us wait
I went with a different landscaping company and they did a great job at nearly 1/3 of the cost.
Although I can’t give a review for bad service, the communication was horrible.

Best Walmart in El Paso!!

It's good to see the shelves back to almost pre pandemic levels.

Received a quote and when I call back to have the work done they don't answer or return calls.

call for a quote and they came out.....got a quote as request...had reasonable prices....but then when i call back to have work done they don't answer......I've tried calling early....mid day....and even later in the day and nothing.....2018 post

A owned by a man that doesn't take responsibility for him business or employees allowing his employees to damage people's private property without accountability or reimbursement for the property that is damaged and does not provide insurance for his business...

Update: the owner blocked me on facebook for posting this very same review. Very petty, petulant and unprofessional.

The contractor does great work, he did my friend's backyard and was highly recommended. He never showed up for an inital estimate or returned my texts trying to reschedule several times. I guess the job was too small for him or he won the lottery. Either way, very unprofessional on their end and why I wouldn't recommendhis services. If you can get him to show up, that's a plus.

They did an excellent job.
