The gentleman from Dunn Plumbing was prompt and courteous. He was well prepared to take on the job. He utilized all the tools he had, on the situation, but try as he might, he was unable to correct it. He apologized for being unable to fix our problem and left the job for someone else with out charging us. I still recommend this company, as I believe that some situations are better dealt with, by others.

Mr Dunn was an awesome individual gave him 5 stars for helping me..if that wasn't Mr..Dunn the older white gentleman that helped me.before received 5 stars...
HOWEVER, there were 2 gentleman that came one younger ( very professional and customer service savvy) and there.was his boss older Hispanic. I asked for them to come to my house to Review the leak for an estimate or quote. They went to view the leak but seemed upset we mentioned quote.

The young man was willing to help but was overridden by his angry foreman or boss.

For that I'll be nice and lower to 3 stars, as there are things Mr Dunn can't control.

Jim and his employee were back in my house to install a gas water heater, they did an excellent job, the water heater that I bought online was damaged, Jim was able to get me a new water heater.

Requested service for a master shower that wasn't turning on but was leaking from the shower head. Jim asked enough questions to identify the problem over the phone. We agreed on an appointment time within a couple of days to fix the issue. He arrived on time as agreed and reviewed his assessment with me. He was able to fix the issue in a short amount of time. Within the time of contacting Mr. Dunn to his arrival, I had one other plumbing issue arise. He took care of both issues in no time at all. He showed up dressed professionally and was willing to explain everything he completed. The total price for both job requests was reasonable. I will be reaching out to him again if any other plumbing needs come up.

Eric and Alex are very professional plumbers. These two gentlemen take pride in their work. They are on time, very skilled at what they do, and make sure their work is done to the customer's satisfaction. Very reliable! I am more than sure that for my future plumbing break downs, they are the ones I'll be calling.

I had an issue with one of my toilet and called suncity plumbers. They were very efficient with explaining and correcting the issue. The pricing was reasonable and I truly felt they were honest people.

I’m going to say it now. Sun City plumbers is my go to plumbers from now on. Both my sinks upstairs master bathroom the piping was broken because the builders glued the parts together. Sun city was called and out came Eric and Rene. Right from the beginning they were friendly, on time, took the time to chat up my children and really cared about the quality of their work. They took the time to explain to me what they were doing and showed me step by step how they installed everything. They were fast and courteous and actually cared about the customer. They weren’t a company that was in it for the paycheck. Thank you so much Sun City especially Rene and Eric for fixing my problem. Also they are one of the only companies here that care about wounded veterans. Thank you sun city. I recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

Rene and Ramon are extremely efficient at what they do. My water heater had gone out, the next day they arrived and had installed a new water heater within a few hours.
