As a first time home owner I mean it when I say we have no idea what we’re doing. When our water started coming out cold, we knew it was the water heater but we’re nervous of how much it would be to replace. Our AC had to be replaced a week prior so when Cesar said that our existing water heater could be repaired we were so relieved. Cesar was so great in explaining everything to us, what the repair would entail, how much it would cost, and timeframe. After the repair he explained maintenance that would should be doing, warning signs, and options for us when we do in fact need to replace. The final cost was exactly as he quoted. I really appreciated him taking the time with us and quelling our nerves. Thank you, Cesar!

The plumber comes when he says he will. He is knowledgeable and explains any choices or why the work is necessary. He explains how everything will work and cleans the area better than he finds it. Every time he has fixed the problem and his advice and instruction are clear and understandable.
