They have taken care of our plumbing needs for years and years, always been able to depend on them. They do good work at a fair price. And they guarantee and warranty their work... And actually are reliable on this. A couple of times we've had to have them come back out, and they came out and addressed the issues to our satisfaction with no hassles. Now that's customer service and they stand behind their work. Thanks new age!

I am in Ohio and my mom in El Paso called me yesterday and said she was losing so much water in an hour the water company shut off her water as a courtesy because her bill was over $600. I searched for plumbers in the northeast and gave my mom New Age's phone number.
She called me today and said someone immediately came out to her house to inspect and make sure it was not inside. The next day at 9am they were back at her house, located the pipe with the hole, and were able to fix in within a few hours.
My mom was so pleased, and so impressed with their service AND she said their price was extremely reasonable. Thank you, New Age, for taking care of my mom when she is so far away from me!

Truly, a New Age experience! The guys were fast, courteous and clearly knew what they were doing. They saved me $89 for a new garbage disposal which I can now return. Minimum price is $135. Seems a bit high.

Very expensive! Service charge just for them to go out and look to see what’s wrong is $135. To change the wax donut on a toilet is $250 and if they have to cut into your wall they will not put the sheet rock back on your wall. I guess is my fault for not asking about service feed upfront.

On Friday 13th, 9:30 am I called New Age, Robert answered. I explained my water heater had leaked. He said I’ll put you on the schedule for today. 4pm I still hadn’t heard from them, I should have been smarter & called someone else but I didn’t, so that’s on me, I called and he said yes Im sending Michael over there now. At 4:30 I get a call.. my guy is at your house and your not home, really I said I’m literally standing in my driveway now, oh whats your address he asked, 15 minutes later they showed up. He looked at the water heater and said looks like you need a new one, I figured as much, I said ok how much do you think that will run? He quoted me $1600 for a Bradford White tank, that’s what they have in stock. I told him that was out of my budget right now and I would like to use the same brand I have now which had been reliable for 14yrs! He said it would probably be till Monday to find & replace mine as he had another water heater installation scheduled for tomorrow/Saturday. Well in the meantime I asked can you turn the water line to the water heater off so it stops leaking, he said well if I touch the water heater my bosses will make me charge you for a service call, ok I said how much..$135. Wow that seems excessive, I said but at this point what other choice did I have. After all this I checked around and average plumbing service calls run from $90-95! He said I’ll call you in the morning, but he said he didn’t know how much info he would have as he would be at his installation. Saturday AM no call, so I called him. I mentioned that I had been online and found my brand starting at $570-600, big difference, to the brand they were trying to sell me. I asked if I paid for it would they pick it up, he said that would be xtra charge and they wouldn’t guarantee it. I realized he was busy and I told him ok I’ll call the office, I called and Danny answered this time. I explained the situation and my budgeting concerns. He said the same thing that they couldn’t guarantee my brand etc… I wasn’t even asking them to guarantee it, it was a non issue to me. I asked him if he could help me with this & work on a better price than $1600. He said let me make a few calls, I’ll try to help you out. 15 minutes later he called back and said upon talking to my guy and looking at the pictures of your house & the water heater you will need some xtra items so we will have to charge you $1750. I literally wanted to cry, this is the kind of help your giving me quoting me $150 over the $1600 I couldn’t afford in the first place. Obviously they did not want my business as evidenced by the inflated estimates. I believe their is a big change there and not for the better, they seem to have a “New Age” motto … get paid more to provide less customer service at inflated pricing, At least in my case. After all said & done I hired another company and saved $550! Minus the emotional grief of the back & forth with these guys. On a side note … they were actually quoting me for a 40 gallon water heater which I found out that my water heater is actually 50 gallons! This has been a very bad experience for me. Needless to say I will never be using this company again.

One of their vans was absolutely road raging earlier today. He was going 85 in a 60 on the highway which I know is normal here but when I merged to get off on the N Mesa exit he drove 2-3 inches away from me the whole time. I’m assuming because I made him slow down to 65.

He took every opportunity to try and swerve and cut me off. I was going the speed limit and had my newborn in my car so I was driving safely and he almost rear ended and Side swiped me with the amount of times he tried to swerve around me and cut off. When he finally did cut me off he break checked me and flipped me off.

I’m very glad I know who not to call for plumbing issues. I can only imagine how these employees are in person

Up until today I had NO issues with them. I scheduled an appointment on Thursday January 23rd. They said they could not come out till Friday afternoon and I was ok with that. I gave them my number in case they could come out earlier which they have done before. I called Friday morning January 24th explained what they were doing and gave them my wife's phone number because I was working. They no call, no showed. When my wife called the lady who answered the phone said that we had no appointment, they had no record of me calling the day before and maybe I was confused with another plumbing company. HOW? When I love the service I get from your company why would I not save your number and use it? Especially when I have used your company at LEAST 3 or 4 times in the last 2 to 3 years.

Damian came and serviced our clogged toilet and took the time to make sure everything worked correctly. Very professional.

Both technicians were very professional.
They answered all my questions and concerns. I will most definitely call New Age Plumbing in the future

Had an underground water at my residence. After locating and exposing the leak, I called New Age Plumbing at 11:30 and was told they were booked for the day but they would schedule me for the next day. I said okay no problem. I received a call at 1:30 PM from technician Michael. Michael ask if he could come over to assess the leak. Michael and Omar arrived, looked at the problem, gave a quote and proceeded to make the repair.
Repair was done within an hour.
Thank you Michael and Omar for a great job well done and your professionalism. Will definitely call and recommend New Age Plumbing if plumbing service should be needed.

I heard a leak in my Kitchen, Called New Age Plumbing, and they send a technician named Lico the next day. Lico found the leak after doing a leak detection, and got it fixed right away. He called before arriving, was on time, found the problem, and fixed it. Clean job. They are my go to plumbing company!

I had a water leak and they were the only ones out of 4 I called that actually answered their phone and came out within an hour to find where the leak was. They have all kinds of equipment to detect where it is. They also gave me an appointment for the next morning to fix the leak. I was without water, so they acted quickly to get my water back on. Damian was so professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

Had used New Age Plumbing in the past for various work(replace kitchen faucet, fix tub faucet, replace previous water heater, etc.) Recently I had the water heater leak(broke) and Carlos and Patrick replaced it nicely. They were very understanding as I was asking lots of questions about the process. Then I had them come back to replace water valves(handles)and hoses at the washer. They would’ve done that same day as water heater but it was to entail much more than originally thought.(built 20 yrs ago)They couldn’t guarantee no damage to the wall but it turned out great. One would hardly know the whole box was replaced! So upon the return I also had them replace all other valves that needed replacing. A short time later Carlos and Raymond came out to fix a terrible noise with the toilet. All fixed now.

New Age plumbing responded the same day I called them. They were quick, friendly, and deficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
